06/03/2026: Best gelato experience I’ve ever had and I’m a gelato freak! I tried their dark chocolate (68%) and stracciatella, which is my go to combination and it was divine. The dark chocolate had a bitter aftertaste that at first tasted strange to me but after a few more bites I realized that this is what dark chocolate gelato should taste like, bitter sweet. The gelato maker told us that she doesn’t put much sugar in her different flavors. If you find yourself in Imola, definitely go to Zle’ and treat yourself to a wonderful treat. No matter where you are in Imola, go to Zle’. It will be worth it, highly recommended.

22/09/2025: Really nice restaurant! Excellent first courses, delicious tigelle and cheeses, and desserts too. Super friendly waiters and a great location. The only drawback is the parking, but everything else is great!

15/01/2026: A friend and I visited this winery over a year ago. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that we were the only two people on the tour. We had travelled by bus to get there, as the winery is in a very rural location. The wine was enjoyable and the food was good. However, near the end of the meal, the owner asked to join us at our table. We felt uncomfortable but didn’t feel able to say no. He also asked to take photos of us on his phone, even though we asked him to take a photo on our phones, which he later sent to me via WhatsApp. He then asked if we wanted to purchase any wine. We politely declined, as it was outside our budget. At that point, his attitude noticeably changed and became quite standoffish. He offered to drive us to the bus stop, but we declined as he had been drinking and we didn’t feel comfortable. Later that day, I received a social media follow request from the owner, which I felt was inappropriate given the situation. When I left a review with Windering, I received only a generic “thank you” response and no indication that the concerns were addressed. When I followed up recently, my message was forwarded to the owner. His response included the following comment about me: “If you give me your email address, should I reply to this psychopath politely and cc her?” This response speaks for itself and reflects the type of behaviour I experienced. Based on this, I would not recommend this winery to young women looking for a relaxed and enjoyable winery experience. I expect the owner may respond defensively (rudely) to this review, as he appears to have done with other reviewers who have left even mildly negative feedback.

19/03/2026: A small, well-curated wine shop with a vast selection of wines, a very intimate atmosphere, impeccable service, and quality food. If you happen to be passing by, it's worth the detour! A very pleasant evening.

18/03/2026: The perfect wine bar! A selection of over 600 labels from all over Italy (and Europe), with a particular focus on Champagne. The wines are accompanied by excellent platters of carefully selected cold cuts and cheeses, as well as other hot dishes like pinsa, crostoni, and tigelle. The staff is highly trained and very helpful. They can be a bit understaffed, and if the place is very busy, you might have to wait a few minutes longer, but it's worth it to enjoy the company of others in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The average clientele is 30-40 years old and up. Prices aren't particularly cheap, but they're in line with other wine bars in the area.

10/03/2026: On Saturday evening, I went for pizza here with some friends because I remembered it being really good in the past, so I recommended it. Unfortunately, we were all quite disappointed. The pizza wasn't what we remembered: the dough was very dry and hard, almost biscuit-like, and overall, we weren't sold on it. It's a shame, because I had a much better memory. Considering the prices, it didn't seem like a good value. I hope it was just an unlucky evening.

12/12/2025: I had lunch at this establishment on a Sunday a few weeks ago. Therefore, I can't comment on the hotel's amenities. As for the food, however, I give it an excellent rating. I had a truly wonderful lunch, sampling their specialties, which fully reflect the region, given the establishment's location between Emilia and Tuscany. The wine selection, while not vast, is also absolutely interesting. The quality/price ratio is almost unbeatable! The location of the inn, as the name itself suggests, is phenomenal if you want to visit the well-known Sanctuary of the Madonna di Bocca di Rio, being just a few meters away, practically opposite it. For this reason, if you plan your visit/pilgrimage on a holiday or weekend and then have lunch at the inn, I highly recommend booking at least 10-15 days in advance, especially in the height of summer, when many people come up from the plains to find safe refuge. In addition to its religious aspects, the location allows for interesting excursions and hikes in the surrounding mountains, which, as already mentioned, form the dividing ridge between Emilia and Tuscany (it's also just a few kilometers from the Futa Pass). In short... I highly recommend it! As soon as I have the chance, I'll definitely return!

05/12/2025: I'm reposting this review because Google has a habit of deleting negative ones. They wanted us to sit outside on a hot, windy day under the sun, with the umbrellas closed and a packed lunch. We moved to RONCO and had a great time.

04/01/2026: We were there this evening because we wanted PIZZA and we were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was delicious, excellent choice. There are also starters, first courses and second courses that we will try next time. The staff were friendly and the mascarpone was delicious. We will definitely be back.
