03/10/2025: Found it by accident, but it's really good! The place is small, with limited seating, but you can take it and eat elsewhere. The food is really good, and the lady is really friendly. Highly recommended!

03/10/2025: Oh my goodness, Roman pinsa with good, truly good ingredients, a generous filling that lets you taste the true flavor of the ingredients in your mouth. The pinsa with mortadella, burrata, and pistachio cream is spectacular, but there's something for everyone.

09/10/2025: A lovely place near the ring road entrance. We had pizza (I had porcini mushrooms). The pizza was truly delicious, the service impeccable, and a shout-out to the very friendly waiter Asif... (Prices are in line with others). A well-deserved 5 stars.

17/09/2025: My wife and I visited during our Honeymoon and spent an incredible day touring the vineyard, learning about their wine making process. The owner, Augusto, is such a gracious host. It was an unforgettable experience getting to eat, drink, and have great conversations. We were planning to be there for 6 hours and ended up staying 8+ hours getting to know Augusto and his family. We will be coming back (and ordering from here back in the US) and recommend to anyone in this region to make the journey here.

11/10/2025: We had a great time, they were very kind and accommodating to any changes we requested. The food was very good, very fresh, and the cheesecake was top notch!!! Unfortunately, the place is very small. We'll be back!

24/07/2025: We stopped by by chance, and I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman and young woman who greeted us were so kind and down-to-earth that I immediately felt welcome. I had the chili burrito and the Mediterranean sandwich, truly delicious. Thanks again!

07/09/2025: I would give this place zero if I could. We came in only people there. Asked if the fan could be turned on. Told no. Ordered food, 9 minutes later says can only do pasta. Completely ignored in between. Walk 5 mins down the road and get one of the best dinners we have had at Curoso. Don’t waste your time or money here. We left because it was so poor

10/09/2025: A very positive experience. Despite being a very large group, they managed to present all the dishes excellently. I recommend trying their mascarpone, which is unique. The only problem was the wait time, which was too long.

26/09/2025: When you least expect it, life throws a surprise at you. One of the best pizzas in the area. A well-run place with excellent food.

11/09/2025: Upon entering, the most striking thing is the outside ambiance, which appears inadequate compared to the pizzeria's much more refined interior. We drove all the way to Budrio, drawn by the numerous videos online, but alas, the pizza didn't pass muster, being average among many others in the Bologna area. The service was good!

30/09/2025: We've stayed at the hotel five times (it's really great😍). We choose this hotel mainly for its restaurant because we eat wonderfully there every time, whether it's for lunch or dinner🤩 The seafood pasta is, for us, the best we eat during our road trips in Italy. This year, we discovered a potato millefeuille with porcini mushrooms and parmesan as an appetizer. My god, it's delicious😍😍😍 I've been thinking about this dish every day since my return to Belgium😅 And what can I say about the meat, which is also perfect. And the pizzas... well, everything we ate was delicious. In addition to the food, the welcome was perfect. Our servers were attentive, helpful, and smiling. A big thank you to them, and especially to Lorenzo and his wife, Stéfania, for their welcome, their dedication, and their cuisine. We really hope to be able to return in the summer of 2026 to eat at this restaurant. ❤️❤️

15/09/2025: Excellent dinner just steps from the center of Imola! Delicious traditional Romagna cuisine and top-notch wines. It's a shame some dishes were sold out, but the selection is still wide enough to make you want to try something else. Friendly and fast service, a lovely location (we dined outdoors), and reasonable prices. Recommended!

12/09/2025: I hadn't eaten here in several years and remembered it as a great place. So much so that I decided to take a friend of mine there. Unfortunately, the menu doesn't offer any options for those who are lactose intolerant. Despite the fact that it's specified on the menu that there's a contamination, they don't offer alternatives for those who are intolerant but not allergic. None of the entrees were lactose-free, and they didn't even bother offering an alternative. I'm a chef myself, and I dare say that it's my duty to please customers, even if it means having to create something off-menu on the spot. However, the most appropriate solution would be to include specific dishes on the menu for those with food intolerances, so that every customer can enjoy dining out with complete peace of mind. We received extremely dismissive and rude responses, especially from the chef/owner. Not to mention the service. Dirty glasses, chipped plates, and no responsibility on the part of the staff to inform us which dishes were lactose-free. It's important to point out that someone with an intolerance could feel seriously ill, so it's not a "whim." Truly a huge disappointment. Absolutely not recommended, not only because of the lactose problem but also because of the lack of professionalism and poor quality of the dishes in general.

28/09/2025: You can't go wrong eating here! The pinsa is excellent, even for takeout, with a wide selection and top-quality ingredients. The prices are a bit high for the size of the pinsa, but otherwise I can't fault it: good from appetizer to dessert. I wish they'd bring back Sunday brunch; it was a really great idea they launched during COVID! The place is aesthetically beautiful both inside and out, but it's a shame about the back, which could perhaps be better utilized or at least tidied up. Inside, there's a single, well-furnished room; the only thing that could be considered is adding some panels to muffle the chatter (though I personally didn't find it annoying).
