02/12/2025: There were 15 of us, and we ate divinely. We were served promptly, and the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly, and the kids had a great time. Thank you.

08/11/2025: Delicious crescentine and tigelle, as well as first courses and salads. Friendly service despite the fact that it's always very busy. There's usually a bit of a wait, especially on weekends. Reservations are much better.

I even brought some very distinguished friends from Bologna, but unfortunately I gave them a 1-star rating due to a lack of privacy. Because the fact that I, and especially members of my family, are stopped in the street and even called on the phone because I'm a "former plumber," now a transgender woman by right common to the entire Western bloc, with the relevant official documents from an Italian state hospital declaring my condition and that they will soon issue me a female identity card, I'm going to eat pizza there seems excessive to me. I've always been treated very well at the restaurant. Mrs. Linda is a very pleasant and kind person, and I'm sorry to write this today, thinking of her whom I liked so much. I also understand that the town is a place of gossip and inferior cultural information about the city, but I still wish not to be mentioned. 10/10/2025: Very helpful and kind guys, on the occasion of a celebration in a company in Cento they delivered what was agreed upon outside of their working hours and the quality of the dishes was a real success. WELL DONE!

09/12/2025: I've been coming here all my life, living near the mall, but I think I'll stop. The guy who works there is grumpy and rude, I feel uncomfortable just walking in when he's there. I feel sorry for the girls who work there, they're all kind and helpful.

13/12/2025: Simply embarrassing experience. We ordered pizzas delivered by the slice, €180 total, and the result was worthy of a clumsy home-made exercise, with disastrous results to say the least. Jokes aside: the pizzas were awful! Undercooked. They arrived already cold. (The restaurant was 5 minutes away.) Tasteless, flat, completely flavorless. I hope that if we had eaten them on-site, the result would have been different, because otherwise, serious, very serious doubts arise about the veracity of the reviews. BAD. BAD. BAD.

It must be said, however, that the bill reflects the excellence offered: a high-end experience, with prices that can quickly approach those of a Michelin-starred restaurant. A place to choose when you want to experience a special evening.

13/09/2025: A warm welcome with dips and prosecco, and a very friendly owner from Romagna. The interior and cleanliness of the place are excellent (the exterior could use a more prominent sign). EXCELLENT FOOD, the best octopus I've ever had. I'll definitely be back often and bring friends. The quality-price ratio is right. My only suggestion: speed up the cooking a little, but make everything fresh...that's fine. Congratulations.

30/10/2025: At Sabino, you're pampered. We decided to go to the restaurant for lunch on Sunday, close to our wedding anniversary: ​​we wanted something less crowded, perhaps seafood, but my husband remembered a restaurant in the lower Bologna area... and of course, he was wrong! After calling to make a reservation, he realized it wasn't the place he remembered, but we went anyway: our first experience at a PLACE THAT MOSTLY STARRED. We spent a fortune, but we have no regrets! We were the only guests in the dining room, served and pampered by Chef Sabino: delicious dishes, made with excellent ingredients, with sophisticated presentations and combinations. The fregola with shellfish (a dish that earned a Michelin star) and the creamed cod with truffle were amazing. The restaurant isn't for everyone's budget, but it's worth a visit... or maybe twice!

29/06/2025: Very fresh fish expertly prepared (and described) by the chef. Everything is excellent, starting from the bread and ending with the sorbets and ice creams. New and unusual combinations in a refined and sophisticated environment

08/11/2025: Excellent for business lunches. The owner, Moreno, is friendly, but don't make him angry. Service is quick. The wood-fired oven offers good pizza and the restaurant is good. The place is a bit dated and could use some updating. There's no wheelchair access. Overall, good.
