13/02/2026: When I need a little energy, I go to Peperli, but Marco and Giovanni, always cheerful, have good food, and it's a quiet, clean place. If you're passing by, stopping by, even just for a dessert, is a must.
But today... Pici Cacio e Pepe!

Even though they don't offer table service, they brought me a tray because I had my baby in the stroller and couldn't get there alone.
Great for a quick coffee or a quiet moment outside on the terrace.
They have a wide selection of both sweet and savory treats, and the prices are lower than other bars in the area.

The flavors are self-explanatory, showcasing the exquisite ingredients and excellent quality. Not to mention the owner's friendliness and helpfulness. 18/08/2025: Agriturismo located in the hills of Bologna, surrounded by greenery and the scents of the countryside.
It was lunch on August 15th, and I was with relatives.
The lunch was delicious, with tasty dishes... my favorite was the mushroom crepe. The wine, both red and white, was excellent.
The desserts were also very tasty.
Exceptional ingredients.
Small but very charming location.
Very friendly, helpful, and capable staff.
We'll be back.

07/02/2026: A place you can't go wrong. I tried the aperitif and breakfast. I must say that the location is beautiful and the atmosphere warm, but the table full of delicious dishes, made with excellent, locally sourced ingredients, is the icing on the cake. This morning's breakfast featured both a wide selection of sweet dishes, all homemade, and a delicious selection of savory options. Definitely worth a try.
11/01/2026: A group of lifelong friends, an evening reminiscing about the many moments that have brought us together.
Nothing better than finding ourselves in a place like Podere Santa Croce, where a welcoming atmosphere, competent staff, and excellent and varied cuisine, prepared by people who know their craft, made us feel at ease.
We'll be back very soon, because some places are addictive!

04/10/2025: A pleasant surprise away from the weekend motorcycle frenzy of Raticosa and the surrounding area. The crostini with lard and porcini mushrooms were excellent. We limited ourselves to the first course and dessert after the crostini, and I must say that, at our request, they accommodated us with a trio each, allowing us to sample excellent tagliatelle, special passatelli, and delicious ravioli. Everything was homemade and all made with porcini mushrooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. 👌

25/09/2025: I bought some tortellini for friends who aren't from Bologna. The very friendly owner even gave me a note with instructions on how to cook them. 😁 He made the package very cute and convenient for carrying. He's truly the typical Bolognese guy—friendly and welcoming! 🔝

01/12/2025: The atmosphere was homey and rustic, with vintage posters and charming details reminiscent of the Bologna football team. The staff was very kind and friendly.
There were four of us and we had three first courses and a second course:
- the tagliatelle were a little too al dente for my taste, but the ragù was excellent;
- the lasagna with ragù was plentiful and really good;
- tortellini with parmesan cream were really well-made, cooked well, and the parmesan cream was delicate;
- the cotoletta alla bolognese (split between four people) was my first time trying it and I found it heavy. I don't know if I could have finished it all.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, recommended.
