Fluart In Bologna

27/06/2026: We're regulars at this pizzeria and have always had a great experience in the past. Unfortunately, however, we've been very disappointed the last few times. We wanted to give it a second chance, but it didn't go well this time either. The pizza had sour tomato sauce that tasted like vinegar, and the staff at the door didn't even greet us. It's a real shame because the pizza here was truly excellent. We hope everything returns to normal sooner or later.

21/06/2026: I returned to this restaurant, which I consider "historic," after about a year. Unfortunately, the last time hadn't gone well; we'd waited a long time, and it wasn't the same quality my girlfriend and I had grown accustomed to for years. However, I returned last week with some friends, partly to show them around, hoping it had returned to its former glory. Well, the food was excellent: large, thin-crust pizza with good toppings, and pasta was plentiful and truly delicious. A friend of mine complimented the chef on his way out, which I also fully deserved. I think it will be a regular stop again.
