L'Artista del Borlengo In Bazzano

My partner and I have been coming here for a long time, always with pleasure. The Borlenghi are amazing, and the atmosphere is well-kept and welcoming. I highly recommend them!

Excellent restaurant with a friendly owner. The fried porcini mushrooms are delicious.

I went to dinner with friends, three of us had tagliatelle with meat sauce and scallops with mushrooms, the ragù for the tagliatelle was good, then half a liter of wine, three bottles of water, a side dish and three coffees, total €37 per person. Four of us had a large seafood salad, and a hot mixed shellfish (including scallops), half a liter of wine, three bottles of water, a side dish and four sorbets, total €75 per person, the fish was very good, (honestly I thought I would spend less).... there is plenty of parking nearby.

The second to last time we were in Bazzano, we wanted to make a reservation, but unfortunately it was sold out. The last time we made a reservation, I can honestly confirm that they truly are the "Artists of Borlengo." Not only that, but the Royal Fried Fish was also truly Royal. The ladies in the dining room are incredibly kind and friendly. Roberto, the manager, is a delightful person, both for his professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. We'll be back again. Highly recommended.

The Borlebghi were truly superb. But the rest left much to be desired: the tagliatelle were overcooked and the sauce was very runny. The lasagna was of poor quality. It's a shame because the service was also good.

The borlenghi are delicious, and the tagliata and potatoes are top-notch! We'll definitely be back.

A welcoming, traditional restaurant serving local dishes, including fried gnocchi, tigelle, and borlenghi made the old-fashioned way. They also have a wide selection of fish, though I didn't try it. Maybe next time. Reasonable prices, and a complimentary limoncino (a liqueur) at the end of the meal. Recommended.
