20/05/2026: The waitress was super helpful and welcoming. The plate I tried was the Prosciutto, Tomatoes and Parmesan Shards Pizza. I can guarantee it is Worth every penny. The overall quality of the food is high and you can taste all the toppings. ❤️

13/04/2026: The food isn't top-rated because the burger was raw. The service is top-rated, even though it's lacking. They don't serve tables, but they're very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is good, but not top-rated, due to the lack of hygiene in the bathrooms.

02/05/2026: On May 1st, we visited this agriturismo for the first time. I was a little hesitant following the negative reviews, but everything actually exceeded my expectations. The food was good, the service was excellent, and the hospitality was great. We will definitely be back.

02/06/2026: WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! Slow, very slow service! Few staff who didn't know how to divide the hundreds of guests present, little food and of questionable quality! Driven by the highest expectations, we celebrated my second child's communion there after having also celebrated our first child's communion two years ago. But unfortunately, the second time was not like the first. I made a terrible impression on all my guests after having paid a lot of money and IN ADVANCE! THE WHOLE FEE IN ADVANCE! The biggest disappointment was the owners' responses after our requests for help for the bad impression we were making on the guests. During the booking process, they were kind and helpful and made many promises... but afterward... unaware and incredulous at the terrible outcome of the event, they didn't lift a finger! WHAT A SHAME!

01/06/2026: Yesterday we celebrated my daughter's communion, what can I say? Excellent and plentiful food. The kids had a great time. The location is just how I like it, surrounded by greenery. I'll definitely be back ❤️❤️

01/06/2026: I can't tell you about the quality of the dishes offered at this restaurant since we weren't given the chance to try them. We stopped by around 9:15 PM and were told to come back in an hour and take a reservation with our name and phone number. At 10:15 PM, the time they'd given us, we arrived and were told there was no room for us because the kitchen was no longer open. We were intrigued by this place, but the service was truly awful. A phone call would have been enough to let us know and we wouldn't have had to wait an hour for our meal.

27/05/2026: The food was okay, and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, the service was a nightmare. The waiter was rude and disinterested. They claimed they didn't have any change, so we were forced to give an extra tip even though a service charge (coperto) was already included in the bill. Never again!

29/06/2026: I visited Officina for my birthday dinner with a group of 8 friends. We called about three weeks in advance to make a reservation and were told only two times were available that day—one very early and 8:00 PM. We chose the later reservation and specifically requested rooftop seating, which was one of the main reasons we picked this restaurant. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost completely empty, yet we were told the rooftop was closed and were seated on the balcony instead. It was surprising that reservations seemed so limited weeks in advance when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. The food was mediocre and nothing particularly memorable, although the cocktails were definitely the highlight of the meal. Before dinner, we also called to confirm we could bring a birthday cake and were told it was allowed with a $7 cake-cutting fee. That seemed completely reasonable. However, when the bill arrived, we discovered the $7 fee was charged per person, not per cake. At no point was that made clear to us when we called ahead. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations, especially for a birthday celebration. The misleading reservation availability, closed rooftop, and unexpected cake-cutting charges left us disappointed. Unfortunately, this experience was enough that I won’t be returning.

14/02/2026: The best pizzas in Naples, including the montanare, croquettes, and pasta frittatas. Excellent quality beer, attentive and courteous staff. Cosy atmosphere, fast service. What can I say? We'll definitely be back!

11/07/2026: With a full reservation, we had to wait 30-60 minutes. Let's leave aside the rudeness of the girl who told us "Enough" after asking for the third time if the table was free, even though twice as many people had come in. The food may be good, but that doesn't justify the rudeness.

10/05/2026: Last night we found ourselves by chance in this grill restaurant, but I have to compliment the meat inside the sandwiches, which was truly exquisite, not to mention everything else, and we also found the staff to be kind and helpful, truly compliments.

20/12/2025: It's the first and last time I order. Rude staff. Order placed at 6pm for 9.30pm after two hours and having asked 5 times I was very rudely told "sir, do you want this pizza or not" and they hung up on me. You are terrible.

03/05/2026: Excellent restaurant for a relaxing Sunday with the family. The food is excellent; the appetizers were all homemade and reminded me of my childhood. The ziti alla Genovese with the chopped meat was exceptional! I absolutely recommend this place.

30/06/2026: Absolute rip-off and terrible service! We visited this place just to have two regular coffees. What happened when it came to paying completely blew our minds – the bartender charged us 9 euros without batting an eye! There was no menu on the table, no warning beforehand, just an exorbitant price for average coffee and an arrogant look to top it off. We are definitely never coming back and I highly recommend everyone to avoid this place unless you want to feel scammed.

15/04/2026: I attended my father's 60th birthday party, which was a surprise, and I can say I chose a great place. The owner, Genny, was truly kind and, above all, helpful in organizing the party. He also offered menu variations based on the type of party I wanted. The first and second courses were very good, but even though I haven't tried it yet, the pizza is said to be even better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
