Last night we found ourselves by chance in this grill restaurant, but I have to compliment the meat inside the sandwiches, which was truly exquisite, not to mention everything else, and we also found the staff to be kind and helpful, truly compliments.

Welcoming place, very attentive staff, wonderful owner. The food is truly excellent. The chef is truly a wonderful person and incredibly talented. The sandwiches are delicious. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

22/04/2026: Somewhat disappointing for a four star hotel. Wall paper peeling off walls.
03/04/2026: Location - Excellent, near to Florence main stations, easy access to taxi and public transport, lot of options nearby for food. Rooms - Standard spacious rooms you get in Ramada, daily service and cleaning. Service - Staff was supportive and helpful

03/01/2026: A braided pastry and a brioche that tasted like "na marenna" were all delicious. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I recommend it to everyone. Cannavacciuolo Jr. is always top notch.
