25/04/2026: The Primaver restaurant/pizzeria on the outskirts of San Gennaro Vesuviano is a venue originally designed for receptions but has also adapted to handle smaller groups. The venue features a large furnished outdoor area and two indoor dining rooms. The decor is a bit dated, and sports events are not available. The staff is friendly but service can be a bit slow. The cuisine is its strong point, especially considering the current climate. We had a seafood dinner. All the dishes were simple but well-prepared. The house wine was decent, and the desserts were delicious. I recommend it, especially for an evening with friends.

16/08/2025: We ordered them to eat at home and everything was delicious except for the chips which were a little too salty.

30/09/2025: DISHONEST. I was at Bagno Elena on Saturday, September 27th, with a group of friends. A friend who was celebrating his birthday had paid for the entrance fee, including sunbeds, for everyone—about 15 of us. Since we arrived separately, he left the names at reception for when everyone else arrived. However, when I arrived, my name hadn't been noted, and I was asked to pay, which I promptly did. When we realized the mix-up a few days later, we were denied a refund. We were the only guests at the beach, given that it was a late-September weekend, so there was no confusion to justify a mistake in writing down the names. But the most dishonest thing was denying a refund to someone like me who had paid twice. Congratulations!

20/09/2025: Nice clean beach, with changing rooms and an outside shower. The entrance is quite high, but at least it is tidy.

10/05/2026: We were almost starving after arriving in Naples, but then we got a great pizza for a snack – very friendly hosts!

21/01/2026: Simple place but excellent food, I recommend the "pasta e fagioli con cozze" served on an edible plate.

23/02/2026: Well... It's a place I really like. The food is good, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It's perfect for a dinner for two, with friends, or even for a birthday party.

07/03/2026: The pizza is excellent. Light dough and well-cooked. The only flaw is that the toppings could be more generous.

22/12/2025: The only positive thing is that a Margherita still costs €4.50, and the fact that it tastes like raw tomatoes is just a minor detail. The pizzas are average for a town that can't get any lower these days. Special mention for the classic frittatina, which, in addition to tasting of vinegar, also costs €3. It's ridiculous, and not even the best sit-down pizzeria. I'd remind the owners to always remember where they decided to open their business. The Mordidita is a no-go for me.

25/10/2025: We had a great time, a table for 7 people, the price was fair for the quality, the place is absolutely recommended also for the friendliness of the staff, we left extremely satisfied

14/05/2026: Pizza ok but service and atmosphere none existent . Would give zero star rating if could. We were the only customers on a quite lunchtime and it was as though we had intruded their space. Patron stood close by our table and said nothing , just a grumpy face. Had the temerity to try and add E2.5 per head for cover ( it is on the small print of menu ). Pricing not aligned with the standard. The only good thing was we were out of the rain. If this place has been going since 1965 it is about time they retired . Avoid,

22/04/2026: This place was right next to our hotel so we decided to give it a shot for dinner. It was our last night in Italy and pretty much every meal in 11 cities was great (had a "meh" sandwich in both Verona and Burano, but those were both midday quick bites). Prices were pretty fair (even on the lower side for all the places we ate over 2 weeks). There were 2 older gentlemen working and they, inexplicably, sat people to make more foot traffic for themselves. They were polite enough and as attentive as possible considering the challenge they set for themselves by spreading the patrons around. I didn't have a major issue with the service though. The starter didn't really match the description in the menu. I'm honestly not even sure we got what we ordered. The lasagna was not particularly good. It was burnt in places, didn't seem fresh and the marinara (which may have been made there or may not) didn't have a lot of flavor. It was kinda plain. The rigatoni with "meat sauce" was like Salisbury steak and broth. Also, not what we were expecting based on the menu explanation. The drinks were the best thing we ordered. There are a lot of restaurants in the Sorrento area. Personally, I'd opt for one of the other options. In my opinion, the prices were on the lower end of the spectrum as mentioned earlier, but I'd rather have spent more for a better overall experience.

28/05/2026: Great place, very friendly staff. You can eat everything, and everything is excellent. Seafood or meat appetizers, pizzas, seafood or meat first courses, meat or fish, and delicious desserts.

11/05/2026: A very pleasant surprise! This is a historic and evocative place in San Giorgio a Cremano. I've driven past it countless times but had never stopped to eat. I did, and I fell in love. The quality is superb; I wasn't expecting such a varied and high-quality menu in the area. I recommend the fish and the first course, which takes its name from the restaurant.

11/08/2025: A place dear to our hearts. Massimo, Cira, and Danilo know how to make you feel at home. Excellent selection of spirits, expertly recommended and paired with excellent food. Perfect for aperitifs and dinners.

18/07/2025: We visited this place in Fuorigrotta for an aperitivo. The experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. They gave us the best recommendations based on our tastes, and we tried some very good wines, accompanied by bruschetta and appetizers on the house. The evening was so enjoyable that we decided to stay for dinner as well. We ordered crostoni and meatballs, which we enjoyed for the rest of the day. A wonderful experience, definitely worth repeating.

10/05/2026: A welcoming grill restaurant with excellent quality meats cooked to perfection. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent value.

26/05/2026: We've been to this place; the road to get there is very inconvenient. Food is average, nothing exceptional. The view is breathtaking and evocative. Waiters and organization are average (6). Price-quality ratio: too high for what you get. Recommendation? Take your pick!

30/05/2026: We got the carbonara - while the waiter recommended we not do that as carbonara is a Roman dish and not napolitan :) The tiramisu and the arancini were excellent - the carbonara was a bit too much on the creamy side (Roman is definitely better). Cute ambience on a very lively street.

21/05/2026: BAD IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. We sat down because we saw these very inviting pasta dishes while walking. My boyfriend and I sat down. The waiters were very disorganized and even argued with each other. We ordered eggplant parmigiana that FLOATED in oil. Obviously, we didn't finish it because we would have risked getting sick from the lake of oil. After that, we ordered pasta with clams and linguine with seafood. The linguine with seafood was flavorless, but let's draw a veil over the pasta with clams. As soon as I arrived at the table, I noticed a strange smell, so I let my boyfriend smell the dish. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried a forkful. It tasted very strange, so I tried again. The second time was fatal. Rotten, spoiled, smelly clams that tasted like sewer. We immediately called the owner, saying the pasta dish was inedible and spoiled. He justified himself by saying it wasn't possible, since I was the only one there and that I'd been the only one throughout the day to notice it. I told him to smell it, and then, only then, did he realize he was wrong. He didn't even apologize for a moment. Besides not having eaten, I spent the evening worried that I might contract hepatitis A or some bacterial infection. We paid for what we ate and left. Don't stop to eat. A restaurant that attracts tourists, expensive, and harmful to your health.
