21/06/2024: Posto molto accogliente, personale cordiale ed atmosfera familiare. Il cibo è ottimo primi e secondi eccezionali. Abbiamo consumato sia carne, (grigliata mista con patate), sia pesce ( frittura mista e gamberi in pancho)...tutto buonissimo. Consigliatissimo per pranzi in famiglia e con amici!
01/05/2024: Very spacious place so there is a lot of seating with internal room.
The cuisine is excellent and the prices modest.
The service is quick and fast.

05/11/2023: Day visit to Capri, in the middle of a rainstorm, no umbrella. Gave up trying to kill time so arrived at restaurant bit earlier than opening. Staff could not have been more helpful, towels to dry off etc. Finally got settled and food, wine and service all exceptional. In particular, the risotto - best ever anywhere.
Would love to revisit and try the dinner service.
03/11/2023: A hidden of the main path of this lovely little town is this place. Does not look like a lot, but is superb. Especially this little beautiful garden patio in the back. Excellent salads, pasta and pizza! Really among the best we had. More than worth it to walk a few more steps!!

Excellent quality of the meat, even if it is a hamburger, nothing is left to chance, like the quality of the other ingredients.
Slightly confusing service, with requests not respected and a 20 minute wait to receive a coffee at the end of the meal.
Very nice and clean environment, perhaps the gradation of the lights was a little too dark.

26/07/2024: We had 3 meals here whilst in Sorrento - amazing food, generous portions and really friendly staff.

18/08/2024: Even though it shares the name and location, it is not the historic Emperor (without the "L'" so to speak 😉).
However, it makes an impression with good quality fried foods and rotisseries. The pizza isn't a miracle, but it's all in all appetizing.
Nice and fast service.

05/08/2024: The Historical Archive of Naples is an excellent choice for those looking for delicious Neapolitan dishes revisited with creativity. The staff is courteous and attentive, ensuring excellent service. The bar's cocktails are a real highlight, perfectly prepared and exceptional in taste. I highly recommend visiting for a quality food experience in Naples.
29/06/2024: This place is closed one day and the other as well, and that time a year when it is open, it is not possible to enter the room downstairs.
Those few times I managed to sit down, I found it nice: beautiful environment and good drinks.
I don't really like the social environment here, because it's the kingdom of jocks.
That said, good luck to those who manage to get in!

21/08/2024: I waited more than an hour for two Margherites and ''only'' ten numbers ahead. The pizza dough did not rise well, mediocre ingredients. Absolutely not recommended if you don't want to get nervous standing in a very long queue with unsuitable service and a pizza that is absolutely not worth the wait.

30/06/2024: Siccome la location è da urlo, di fronte il Santuario, il locale molto bello e grande, il personale giovane, cordiale ed educato, bisognerebbe avere qualche accortezza in più nella preparazione delle pietanze che sono arrivate così cariche di condimento (lago di olio), da disturbarci seriamente l'intestino per il resto della giornata. Piccoli ma importanti accorgimenti che possono salvare il grande apparato ristorativo che è stato creato. Ad malora.
16/06/2024: Unpretentious restaurant, tastes too common compared to the region in which it is located.
A real touch of local personality would be an asset.
When we ordered our grilled octopus it was unfortunately very tough.
A great effort must be made to improve the quality of the dishes as well as a slightly friendlier welcome.

26/07/2024: pizzeria which when it opened objectively offered the best product in Caivano. perfect leavening and soft dough.
then a continuous decline, mind you the pizza remains good but nothing like what they used to offer a few years after opening; just compare the appearance of the pizzas with that of the old reviews.
on the service side they remain (as they were) uncommentable in the management of orders and turnout; It also happened to me that I called at 8pm and received the pizza at after 11am.
It's still a good place to order when there's no one there, forget about it on the weekend

07/06/2024: For a drop-in reservation before our flight from Naples in the morning, this lovely restaurant hit it out of the park with delightful and flavorful dishes, great wine list, and exceptional service. As a former Michelin-Star restaurant sommelier and event planner, I've had the privilege of experiencing 5-star dining all over the globe, and my experience here was fantastic. We came in with no expectations but were blown away. Our children were treated so well too - a 1 yr old and a 3 yr old. This really impressed me. I only wish we could have opted for the tasting menu. Someday when we don't have the kids with us!

11/08/2024: Very nice bar, in the center of the town, we stopped for a coffee and some drinks.
We should be a little more careful about cleaning the tables, and thus offer a discreet service. For this 4 stars.
