25/05/2025: We sat down and ordered, after 30 minutes the chips arrived cold and hard, they looked like stones, after another 20 minutes I asked the waitress how long it would take for the sandwiches, she replied that it would take at least 1 hour. I asked the tables next to me if they had waited that long and they replied that they had waited that long too, and there weren't even that many people. At that point I asked to pay for what I had taken, a cuddle, a bottle of water and an inedible portion of chips that almost all remained on the plate, I received the bill for 17 euros. I paid and left. I advise you if you are thinking of going there, avoid or bring your own food and above all an umbrella because if you eat outside, together with the food you eat pine needles and resin that falls from the trees

24/05/2025: First time my son took me. I was amazed by the interior of the place for how it was furnished, I liked it very much, I would have spent hours looking at everything on display. Anyway excellent sandwiches and enough choice, I would have eaten more. The girl from the place was smiling and nice, compliments to the chef 👍👍

08/06/2025: All the initial enthusiasm has already died down. It has already been disappointing twice in a row. In my opinion, the concept should be re-established, basing it on a principle that is now on the verge of extinction: generosity, which is totally missing. I'll start with the fried foods. Both the croquette and the frittatina are literally poor in content, very little seasoning and zero breading. The croquette then, tasteless, without pepper and without salami, but what's the point? A tiny piece of provola, imperceptible and potato that seemed boiled. The pizzas: yes, wide, yes, cartwheel-shaped, yes, soft, but they too... sad for the content. Tending to dry and not very satisfying. Margherita without infamy and without praise, the peperonella then... four "gourmet" splashes of pepper cream and crispy bacon at an all-time low, price 12 euros. 2 euros for water.. and they bring you the 500ml one. What can I say, even Spicchi Vesuviani, crossed out! Ps. The images I uploaded date back to the beginning, when I thought it was an excellent pizzeria. Advice: More generosity and abundance with the food offered and less abundance of social media and ridiculous stories!

30/05/2025: Excellent quality pizzas, with a wide selection, from classic to seasonal. The staff is always smiling and attentive. We really appreciated the montanara offered, a thought that does not go unnoticed. We return with pleasure every time, it is a certainty.

18/05/2025: We stayed. A week on the island. And we went back 4 times. So many people, everything we had was good. A special mention for the tiramisu which was the best of the 9 we ate everywhere, the whole staff is really lovely, we will come back with pleasure, the hazelnut ice cream was also a delight

11/05/2025: Non ci andavo da parecchio tempo anni forse ed avevo dei ricordi culinari molto positivi rispetto a molta concorrenza era il mio panuozzo preferito ci sono ritornato ho prenotato un panuozzo un panino e della frittura (forse una cosa che si salva), prenotato per le 20:30 e su questo devo dire precisissimo soprattutto di sabato sera, c’è un però che se sentiva che erano già stati preparati da un bel po, pane non croccante per nulla roba all’interno che praticamente era inesistente mangiavi solo pane non sentivi nessun sapore all’interno ma solo “poltiglia” il panino non ne parliamo proprio ed era un semplice “salsiccia prov e pat”, mi dispiace fare questa recensione però davvero mi ha deluso parecchio spero che ritorniate come ai tempi dell’apertura perché personalmente eravate i migliori ma ora la concorrenza è sopra di voi di parecchio e potete immaginare di chi parliamo!

27/04/2025: Panuozzo good, but not very good. The bacon should be cut thinner and grilled more. The table service is terrible. I wanted to have this experience, and personally I won't go back.

07/06/2025: Caution: Do not confuse this restaurant with the other Da Franco, Corso Italiano, which is very unpleasant... We just returned from Sorrento, where we cut our stay short due to the considerable deterioration in conditions: overcrowded tourists, incessant noise, and often appalling food. We had to flee to more peaceful areas so as not to spoil our vacation. The Da Franco restaurant will remain our only good memory: the quality of the welcome, the elegance of the service, and the excellence of the food served. All this at more than reasonable prices.

30/04/2025: Absolutely one of the best restaurants and pizzas we’ve had in all of Italy! We came here after being recommended by our AirBNB host and made sure we came back second night in a row! We had the Margarita Con Crudo and Capricciosa ; if you’re into olives this is a delight but the Con Crudo was the game changer for us! We came back the second day and ordered only that! You have the choice to have a pizza for 2 ; half half as well , the waiter helped us decide and was great!

19/06/2025: I was in this bar this afternoon with some colleagues, the girl who served us (Nadia), very friendly, recommended us to try a red fruit drink. I must say that it was an excellent choice. The presentation of the drink was beautiful, the taste was balanced. I recommend trying it. I will definitely be back!

08/06/2025: Este bar o restaurante es una joya absoluta. La ubicación es idílica, justo en la Marina della Lobra. La comida es excelente, abundante y con mucha elección. Es un negocio familiar y no pueden ser más amables, eficientes, atentos y acogedores. Mi esposa Carole y yo no podemos pensar en ningún lugar en el que preferiríamos estar de vacaciones. Nuestro agradecimiento a Angelo, Giovanna, Matilde, Caterina y el resto del personal por ser tan acogedor y hacer nuestras vacaciones tan especiales.

12/05/2025: La comida y el personal eran excelentes. Comimos aquí varias veces en nuestro viaje de 10 días. Nos alojamos en la residencia Seabreeze muy cerca en La Lobra, pero volveríamos ya que la comida, el servicio y la relación calidad-precio era excelente.

28/04/2025: Before yesterday I was last there about ten years ago and I found it much worse. Starters: soute of pseudoclams (actually lupins) and wilted mussels placed on two completely dry croutons; chewy octopus salad. A little better are the "spaghetti with clams" (once again lupins) and the scialatielli although, again in this case, with an (excessive) presence of small mussels of mediocre quality. Luckily we hadn't ordered seconds. Desserts from large retailers. The icing on the cake, so to speak, is the coffee served disposable with an attached plastic stirrer. Not to return.

14/04/2025: Unique dishes of their kind, fantastic combination of raw and cooked fish, really delicious pizza and staff who are always friendly and ready to satisfy every request if there are any children

16/03/2025: Group of 6 people, we stayed 7 days during a ski mountaineering trip, in February 2024. At the Rendez Vous Hotel we find all the charm of the Aosta Valley: good, genuine Valdotan family cuisine and a simple, warm welcome. Very good value for money half board. Central hotel in the valley, very well located for getting around. A good address. I returned there, under the same conditions, in January and February 2025, with two groups, for a stay, each of one week, of ski mountaineering. Always the same assessment: very warm welcome, comfort, cuisine, etc. I confirm, a very good address with excellent value for money.

24/02/2025: I stayed for three nights in this hotel with my partner. 3 star hotel, very nice, renovated, clean. Very nice wooden rooms in Alpine style. There is also the possibility of using the spa. Excellent and plentiful cuisine with typical Aosta Valley dishes. Breakfast is both sweet - with homemade cakes and delicious jams - and savory with excellent cold cuts and cheeses. Thanks go to the owners who have always given us excellent advice to make the most of our holiday.

02/06/2025: **5/5 Stars** Hidden gem near Sorrento! Stumbled upon this hotel restaurant in a small village and was thoroughly impressed. The seafood platter is absolutely must-order - beautifully presented with fresh sashimi, oysters, and caviar. The red prawn risotto (€25) was the highlight - perfectly cooked rice with generous, sweet prawns. For comparison, similar dishes in Naples or Amalfi would easily cost double. Other standouts: complimentary amuse-bouche, excellent bread selection with quality olive oil, crispy fried seafood with vegetables, and clam linguine. The chocolate dessert was artistically plated and delicious. Hotel has parking which is perfect for self-drivers navigating the area. Service was attentive and professional. Definitely make a reservation - this place deserves to be busy! Great value alternative to overpriced tourist restaurants in main towns.

06/06/2025: A pochi passi dalla metro municipio, mi sono fermato a cena in questo posto veramente accogliente. Eccezionale l'antipasto ed il secondo, buoni anche i primi. Complimenti per il servizio e la gentilezza a Gennaro, Pietro ed il ragazzo in cassa (mi sfugge il nome). Ci torneremo sicuramente
