There are some places you'd like to keep secret, for fear that success might diminish their magic. But faced with the absolute excellence of Canonico in Sorrento, silence would be an injustice. Everything there is simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was remarkable. The owner, with his rare kindness and elegance, received us with an attentiveness worthy of the finest restaurants. The experience reached its peak when he personally guided us through a memorable tasting of exceptional balsamic vinegars. A moment of pure sharing. On the plate as in the glass, the standard is impeccable: the cuisine is outstanding, the wine selection is perfectly chosen, and the service, provided by an impeccable waiter, is flawlessly professional. A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless experience. A must-visit restaurant in Sorrento, run by passionate people. We will be back.

17/06/2026: We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday and had a wonderful time. From the welcome to the food, everything was perfect. We were truly pampered and given excellent advice. The menu featured freshly caught fish... The wine was excellent. In short, everything was wonderful ❤️ It's a shame we were tourists... It would have become the place of my heart and more.
