11/05/2025: I went to this restaurant many years ago, then I never went back because the dishes were always the same. After many years I returned today with my daughter, I wanted to try again but I was a little disappointed by several things and restaurants I've been around and I know the prices and quality. Unfortunately there are some flaws: 1 little choice in the dishes, especially the starters 2 a somewhat poor house starter, but I had nothing else to choose apart from a tartare which we took, there were three types of sauté 3 disproportionate prices especially if you consider that some dishes paid a lot are frozen products 4 There should be no frozen foods in a fish restaurant. You cannot have a dish on the menu and then offer me the same one but with fresh raw materials and not know the final cost of the dish. 5 The cheapest bottle of wine 20.00 6 raw meat goes from 5 to 8 a piece, but we're joking So value for money is definitely not proportion. 14/05/2025: Il Galeone, in Marina della Chiaiolella, is a very nice pizzeria, perfect for an informal stop after a day at the beach. The atmosphere recalls the classic Neapolitan pizzerias, simple and without too many frills: it is not particularly modern or youthful, but still welcoming and authentic. The staff is truly the strong point: kind, helpful and very quick in preparing take-away pizzas, which we enjoyed directly on the beach nearby - a simple but very pleasant experience. The pizza does not faithfully follow the Neapolitan style with the classic high and soft crust: it is thinner, flattened and slightly drier, but still very tasty. The simple pizzas or those with anchovies are highly recommended, where you can better perceive the quality of the ingredients. Overall, an excellent choice for a good, fast pizza with friendly and attentive service. Ideal for those looking for authenticity rather than appearance.

18/05/2025: A true gem of Neapolitan dining. The owners are very kind and you can tell they have been in the restaurant business for decades by the hyper polite way they treat others. The food is excellent and sincere, without frills. A real treat. Highly recommended.

11/05/2025: Costretti ad andare via ad ora di pranzo in un giorno di festa (avevamo effettuato la prenotazione il giorno prima)senza possibilità di pranzare.Si sono giustificati con un mal funzionamento del sito e nonostante il danno creato si sono a malapena scusati. Avrebbero potuto quantomeno avvisare telefonicamente della disdetta (evitando di farci arrivare inutilmente sul posto) ma a quanto pare non conoscono rispetto per il cliente. Allego anche conferma della prenotazione dato che è stato messo in dubbio che l’avessi ricevuta.

10/05/2025: Three weeks in Italy and the four dishes we tried here were the four worst if the trip. If you like wine this is likely your favorite place for the variety. Less stars as it is very expensive bad food. Very nice place, very nice people, 40E per person and left hungry.

27/05/2025: We went to this place to celebrate a baptism and we had a great time. The staff was very polite and kind and the food was very good. The place is small but still very welcoming.

26/05/2025: Typical Neapolitan family-run trattoria that offers traditional Neapolitan dishes. The place is very nice, characteristic, rich in history and references to Neapolitan culture. The cuisine is home-made, plentiful, the dishes excellent. I have often ordered take-out food in the past, and recently we celebrated a small ceremony: the organization was precise and impeccable, the dishes as always excellent and the service excellent. The party guests also liked it a lot. Very honest prices. Parking available on the street right in front of the place. I highly recommend it.

05/06/2025: Vimos esto en línea y aunque no estaban tomando más reservas fuimos a ver si podíamos conseguir una mesa. Se acomodaron en 15 minutos. Hermosa decoración, gran servicio y presentación de comida instagrammable. También nos sorprendió gratamente que los miércoles tuvieran músicos de jazz que fueran geniales. Genial historia también.

31/05/2025: I returned to this restaurant - pizzeria with friends after many years. I'll say right away that we had the pizza by the meter (various flavors) and we found it really good: it's the classic "vicana" pizza, low and with a narrow crust. We prefer it to Neapolitan pizza. There were other people next to our table who were having dinner and from a look at the dishes they seemed very abundant. Next time we'll have dinner. The prices are absolutely reasonable. I give three stars to the environment because unfortunately in the room on the upper floor, from where you can enjoy an enchanting view, there was a large group of Napoli fans who were celebrating the championship and making a hellish racket. It's clear that this doesn't depend on the manager, but perhaps it would have been appropriate to host the group in the other room. Regardless of this small inconvenience, I definitely recommend it at the moment for the pizza and the prices. I'll update the review as soon as we have dinner.

19/05/2025: Ho fatto la 1 comunione mio figlio vi dico che gli invitati la sera salutandoci ci hanno chiesto ma era un matrimonio, non una comunione 😂 Prima di tutto un grande elogio va Claudia una persona empatica solare e attenta su tutto passo dopo passo poi lo staff che non lasciava un tavolo nemmeno per un secondo in disordine il piano Bar ( vi consiglio Maria Neve) risate garantite e divertimento go go ed una voce melodica per il resto cosa dire, una portata di parmigiano di pesce spada eccellente che gli invitati avevano chiesto il bis (😂🥲🥲) che dirvi consiglio vivamente da mia esperienza fatta VILLA FLAVIA a dimenticavo ho saputo Enzo il proprietario una persona umile e disponibile e interista 😂😂😂😂 però è molto garbato su tutto

23/04/2025: We had our 18th birthday party yesterday 22nd April 2025 we have nothing to say either about the location which is stupendous, truly beautiful... nor about the food, all very good, xfectly hot... I want to say hot because many of the parties my daughter went to brought cold dishes... and then what can I say about Vincenzo, an excellent person in how he guides you with advice before and during the party, he is uniquely kind and puts you at ease, the staff are truly professional... thank you for everything, definitely any party that I I will have to go back there...and I recommend it, I give it 5 stars..i

04/06/2025: Passion for ice cream, I would say more passion for sugar!!! An embarrassing ice cream, very sweet and without any quality!!! We take two small cups at the modest price of €2.50, very sweet hazelnut and inedible zuppa inglese. Personally I will never go back there again, the quality is something else.
