29/10/2025: the experience was so unpleasant, there was like six items in the menu but only one is available, there was no absolute effort made in the cooking, calmare was very plain , very smelly , just touched the fire for very little time, with little drizzle of olive oil, had to eat it as the prices are not cheap, but wouldn’t repeat it never,
the staff were nice to us though
but the taste .. not recommended

20/09/2025: Small, family-run beach resort. Fantastic little beach and the option to have lunch on the sand. Delicious traditional Neapolitan and Ischian dishes, all prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients. Friendly and welcoming...a place I always love to return to! Don't miss the bruschetta and spaghetti with clams!

11/11/2025: I'm deeply saddened by the fact that Gigino is revolting. But what happened to Gigino's real pizza? What a disappointment, I was looking for it and comparing it to all the pizzas I've eaten elsewhere over the years. The dough...not there, the flavor...not there... Ingredients? Fresh ones like escarole, etc., are badly cut, old and poorly distributed, dry, flavorless mozzarella...meh. The dining room is too disorganized, unwelcoming, never revisited (but that's not the worst thing, perhaps the only thing that reminds me of Gigino), with too many staff, too many, and inefficient. I hope the manager reads these reviews and takes them to heart. This criticism, as a regular pizzeria patron, is meant to encourage and bring back to its former glory this jewel of our Sorrento Peninsula, which was once envied by everyone.
10/11/2025: The pizza was far from what we remembered: the dough hadn't risen properly and the toppings were sloppy. Prices were average, and the icing on the cake was the lack of a receipt and the unmarked paid parking, with a barrier at the entrance and staff who didn't provide information about rates. In short, a huge disappointment, far from the much-vaunted university experience.

25/09/2025: A very quaint place with excellent service and food. Reservations are required and cash only. There's no signage outside, so it's a little difficult to find.

13/10/2025: The view, the facilities, the on site restaurant, were all amazing! The staff were so kind and helpful! The owner was also very kind and generous and made us feel special. My husband and I spent 1 week here for our honeymoon! We highly recommend. Also a special shoutout to Simone and Viviana for taking such good care of us during our stay. Their service was excellent! The hotel has a shuttle which made going places easier. We could also walk 8 minutes to get to the bus station, and 8-10 min to get to town for other dining options. There was also free parking. The area was super quiet, and the included sauna, thermal baths, lounging areas, everything was perfect! We hope we can come back. Grazie mille, amici miei!
22/09/2025: Afternoon and meal...the place is magnificent but the prices have exploded since after Covid...I used to come and it was really great...now the prices are excessive...shame

21/10/2025: Superb! We've already dined there two nights on vacation in Naples and will definitely be back. The food is exceptional, the beers delicious, the selection is plentiful, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. A 10+.

20/09/2025: Nice location, polite clientele, but the same can't be said for the staff. The bouncers are extremely rude, completely unsuited to any job that involves dealing with people. It's a shame because the place was worth it, but hiring incompetent people with a mania for prominence leads to customers leaving.

14/09/2025: I've had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant several times, and I must say the food has always been good. Today, the welcome wasn't as good as the times I've been here previously, and neither was the food.
We ordered a bottle of Coke as soon as we sat down, but it never arrived!
The menu was very limited, with a choice of two appetizers, three first courses, and, I don't know if it was due to location issues, there weren't even any main courses or side dishes. I had to ask the waiter directly if it was possible to have a slice of meat. He said yes, but in reality, the slice of meat arrived. 😅
The appetizer platter was very meager, with one appetizer course being changed without our knowledge because the one we requested had run out.
We asked the waiter for bread to eat with the appetizers, and he replied, "Make that enough for yourself because we're out of bread," and I think there's a restaurant that can't possibly be bread-free on a Sunday at 2:00 PM!
An hour and a half passed between the appetizer and the main course, and there weren't even many people to wait that long! So the staff was really slow.
Very disappointing.
10/09/2025: I had a great time, both with the atmosphere and the food.
The preparations are excellent; you can tell they use top-quality ingredients, cooked just as well.
