19/01/2025: I'm from the center of Naples with excellent pizzerias nearby but when I want to eat an excellent pizza and feel at home I always go there because you eat very well and they treat you very well tonight I made the take-away pizzas brought from Cercola to Naples still hot and ready for delivery my arrival you are a great enzo and all your staff are all delicious 😍😍😍😍😍

24/12/2024: I ordered home delivery for the first time. In addition to having smashed the second of December 24th, they made me eat a fabulous fried pizza! I take this opportunity to wish you a happy Christmas.

27/02/2025: During my birthday party organized in this venue I found myself having to deal with a series of disservices and rude behavior that ruined the experience of my celebration. In particular, I witnessed with great disappointment the fact that the chef's entrée service accompanied by sparkling wine was not served at all and we proceeded directly with the appetizer. Furthermore, during the moment of blowing out the candles, no toast was served and in the meantime the waiters even took the decorative flowers from my party table to use them as decoration for the celebration at the next table, without asking my permission. This gesture, in addition to being unacceptable, denoted a total lack of respect for the occasion and for the attention that I would have expected and the moment, which should have been special and symbolic, was instead completely overlooked, contributing to ruining the atmosphere. When I asked for explanations at the end of the evening and also during it, the waiters reacted in a completely inappropriate manner, pretending not to understand my request and showing evident indifference or indifference. The staff therefore proved to be rude and uncooperative, accentuating the feeling of bad service and lack of professionalism, but also the owner, following my request for explanations and, despite the admission of the facts, did not do anything to ensure that this disservice was compensated in some way (indeed, he invited me to return!). In short, a missed course (entree with sparkling wine), the "borrowed" flowers, the missing toast and total indifference. In light of these episodes I feel obliged to strongly advise against this restaurant to anyone who wishes to spend a special moment in an environment that respects and enhances the hospitality of its customers. Catering also means (and above all) welcoming, not just "selling food".

25/02/2025: Courteous and helpful staff also available upon request for extras from the established menu, interesting locations as it is located on archaeological excavations and provided with a guide who explains the history of the necropolis in detail...personally, I really liked it, I would gladly go back

01/10/2024: On the surface it looks like the usual butcher's shop. There are very few seats, four tables in total, but everything we ate was excellent, from the nice crunchy and not greasy omelette to the truly excellent home-made dessert. Then what to say about the sandwich, a true delicacy. The two kind and friendly Nappo brothers alternate at the tables and offer excellent service

15/04/2025: 15min wait at the entrance to the restaurant without any consideration from the servers. Customers are served and cashed before we are even seated. Service neither done nor to be redone. Run away!

13/04/2025: Something amazing! We had to leave the land (Sorrento) to discover the best artisanal pizza cooked over a wood fire on the island of Capri. Delicate taste, flavor preserved both hot and cold... and a strawberry sangria to recharge the batteries! ... In short, I recommend that you stop there before the chairlift!

27/02/2025: Il Ciciniello è per noi ormai, da anni, una garanzia: della materia prima, sempre fresca e di prima scelta, della "manodopera" dello chef Alfonso e della cortesia e la professionalità di Peppe e della sua meravigliosa famiglia (che da anni è nel settore della ristorazione, prima a Pozzuoli). Ristorante raccolto, facilmente raggiungibile, un luogo per stare insieme in famiglia. Noi torniamo spesso ❤️ per noi sono i migliori. Abbiamo scelto il Ciciniello anche per il battesimo di nostro figlio e i nostri parenti, dopo 5 anni, ancora ne parlano bene. Andateci, vi assicuro che resterete soddisfatti.

30/03/2025: Today I had lunch in this wonderful trattoria, it was the best culinary experience of recent years... food of the highest quality, spectacular and very innovative appetizers, practically an immersion in the best Neapolitan tradition revisited in a modern key, from the ricotta meatballs, to the delicious aubergine parmigiana, passing through a nice fried artichoke. For second I tasted "la zingara", grilled slices of bread stuffed with excellent quality products. However, if you want to eat first or second courses you will have a wide choice and lots of goodness (Genoese, pasta and potatoes, mussels and pecorino and many others). To finish, a decomposed cannoli that melted in your mouth with digestible and pasteurized ricotta. In addition to the excellent lunch we appreciated the courtesy and kindness of the staff to whom I congratulate for the way they welcomed us. I hope to see you grow and taste your dishes throughout Italy. See you soon and thanks again

24/02/2025: We had breakfast and aperitif in this place for 2 days in a row... very kind staff, welcoming place and fantastic Hugo spritz! The croissants are also top marks. Highly recommended at any time.

30/01/2025: Positive experience of a breakfast: intimate and suffused environment, the tables inside overlook a large window, I was able to enjoy my breakfast in the silence of the room while watching the frenetic morning life of the centre. Friendly and welcoming staff, soft croissants and good coffee. Average prices.

14/04/2025: Five stars because there is one very important thing to say: there is a typical dish of the Neapolitan tradition which, even if it is trendy today and everyone does it, its preparation is not within everyone's reach: Pasta with Genoese sauce. I mean, a self-respecting Genoese must have those characteristics that make the difference, the result of the dish served must leave you with that sense of fulfillment and satisfaction that only a sauce made the way Neapolitan housewives prepared it (and in this case we can also say the chef from Alleria) prepared it. Meat that melts in your mouth, onions cooked properly, a really good mix of flavors and spices. So if the Genovese is excellent, how could not all the typical dishes such as broccoli, meat and everything else on the menu including the starters of this beautiful traditional and innovative restaurant be? A few steps from the train station and the historic center, Alleria can be considered not a banal restaurant for tourists but a real point of reference for lovers of good food. Prices in line with the quality.

14/04/2025: The best gluten free pizza you will find. My coeliac partner ate safely and I had to confirm that what I was eating was gluten free as it was almost indistinguishable from 'normal' pizza. So good
