13/09/2025: Everything about our experience at l'Orangerie was excellent! The ambiance begins as you approach the restaurant through the the pool area warmly illuminated with candles. We are reminded of the deep history of this special place as we pass by a small section of exposed ancient Roman ruins upon which the Hotel was built. The restaurant staff was highly professional, kind and very attentive. Equally high praise to the Chef and the entire kitchen team for the preparation and presentation of a fantastic culinary experience that pleased us on every level. Grazie mille l'Orangerie!!

30/08/2025: The food was mediocre at best! Service was really bad! We got the vegetarian pasta which was slightly undercooked and the fish with potatoes which was tasting ok but a little chewy. The overall service was horrible! We had 3 different servers asking us for food and each of them had no idea what we had ordered so it was a chaos. It showered last night which is not their fault and to be be fair they moved us to a covered space but only after insisting a few times. There was light flickering on the side which spoilt the whole "vibe" of the "fancy" restaurant. The complimentary bread which we got felt "stale" and "chewy". I would expect to get fresh warm bread when I am paying so much price for the food. They seem to make the food and experience so "pricey" but the experience which they offer in return is terrible! Would not recommend again.

27/04/2025: Siamo stati in occasione della laurea di mia figlia e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, la location ha incantato tutti con la sua eleganza e unicità. Per l’occasione ci hanno riservato una piccola sala leggermente appartata, con un’unica tavola per 25 persona. Abbiamo cenato con antipasto di crocchè, frittatina, sapureatielli e poi pizza a scelta. Il tutto molto buono e servito dal personale che ci ha servito con attenzione e professionalità. Il prezzo è stato nella media considerando anche la particolarità della location. Lo consiglio per vivere un’occasione speciale o anche per mangiare una buona pizza.

03/07/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante e ho provato gli agnolotti: semplicemente spettacolari. La pasta fresca, il ripieno saporito e il condimento perfettamente bilanciato hanno reso il piatto indimenticabile. Servizio cordiale e atmosfera accogliente. Tornerò sicuramente per provare altre specialità del menu.

02/07/2025: Un posto magico, una veduta spettacolare a due passi dal centro di Sorrento, una cena incredibile con prodotti di altissima qualità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

25/04/2025: Luogo molto affollato, caffe' e pasticceria buoni, "attenzione" dopo aver preso un vassoio da portare a casa la commessa ha controllato lo scontrino più volte per verificare xoaa avessi preso ma mi son ritrovato un dolce in meno. Non è per i due euro ma la presa in giro. Non si fa così...

24/04/2025: Marzo 2024 - Bonito lugar para tomar un buen desayuno. Personal amable, servicio rápido, buena comida, café con un sabor no quemado, precio normal.

24/09/2025: A restaurant overlooking the Caracciolo seafront, given the name of the restaurant itself, the entire Neapolitan culinary tradition receives a sweet addition of mozzarella, from meatballs to Nerano pasta. We tried the meat and potato meatballs with added mozzarella, a fantastic combination, the wine was also good, excellent value for money, definitely worth trying again.

20/08/2025: This place does not exist anymore. The phone number does not reply even if seemingly open. I don't know?
