30/06/2025: When we got there I asked how much a coffee cost. I was on my way to the fridge to get a 1.5l bottle of water when she ushered us to the table and asked us to sit down. Then she goes out to a storage room and gets a small bottle of hot/lukewarm water, when I point out that the water is hot she replies that she has more customers to take care of. There was another party in the whole cafe. When it was time to pay she charged €3 for that small lukewarm water bottle and not what we agreed on for the coffee, when I said that wasn't right, she asked me to go to another cafe if it wasn't suitable and the guests make a pilgrimage there to visit her cafe so she didn't have to worry

28/06/2025: Rude staff looking at us like insects and sighing when we asked for something.

22/08/2025: A casual place in a beautiful location. The food is simple but good, especially the tuna and onion pizza. Prices are average.

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.

03/09/2025: Crazy busy but to be expected in July. What shocked me was the bill. 40 euros for two lemonades and two pints of lager! I think they charge 10 euros for every drink.

05/07/2025: Dopo anni di fedeltà, tornare all’Antica Osteria Pisano è stato come rientrare in una casa dove nulla è più al suo posto. Un tempo rifugio di sapori più o meno autentici a prezzi accettabili, oggi sembra aver perso l’anima. Il cibo, pur ancora accettabile, ha smarrito quella magia fatta di materie prime semplici cucinate con rispetto per la tradizione. Ma è il servizio ad aver subito un tracollo che lascia senza parole. All’ingresso, una donna dai capelli neri, visibilmente estranea alla cultura dell’ospitalità napoletana, ci ha accolto con modi freddi e quasi ostili. Da lì in poi, una sequenza crescente di scortesie ha guastato irrimediabilmente la serata. sguardi infastiditi, risposte brusche, un’aria di fretta e malumore che ci ha fatti sentire fuori posto, indesiderati. Al punto da rinunciare persino al dolce e al caffè, nella speranza di poter andar via il prima possibile e liberarci dal disagio. È triste vedere un luogo tanto amato trasformarsi in un’esperienza da dimenticare.

04/07/2025: Ottima scelta di piatti di pesce. La nostra esperienza è stata positiva (ci siamo tornati due volte), ma abbiamo visto altra gente insoddisfatta, Il servizio la scia a desiderare quando non c'è la padrona anziana.

23/06/2025: I don't even know how to describe what happened to me here. We ordered two pizzas, and honestly, it was the most ordinary pizza I've ever had on the entire Naples coast. When it arrived, it had a green piece of mold (my mistake for removing it). But when I cut the second piece, I noticed something hard under the dough. I think it was a huge oversight. They offered to make me a second pizza, but between the green piece of mold and the envelope under the pizza, I didn't feel like eating anything from this place again. They didn't charge me for the pizza, but honestly, if it had been my restaurant, the customer would have left without paying anything at all. I didn't object and paid what they asked. I also showed the waiter the green piece of mold (he looked shocked and threw it on the floor).

31/07/2025: Deliciosa comida y vistas espectaculares. Nuestra espera fue muy atenta. Pudimos reservar una mesa a última hora y estaba sentado en la terraza. La comida era un poco caro y podría haber añadido más porciones por el precio que pagas. Tenemos el pollo relleno especial y un plato mixto de mariscos. El marisco estaba frito y no venía con ningún lado, así que todavía me quedé con hambre con la pequeña porción servida.

30/07/2025: This cafe has a fantastic view of the sea and the coast, and is a perfect location. Sadly the service set up was not good. A waitress came to our table to take our order, but we asked for just one more minute of time to choose our orders as we were still deciding. 20 minutes later the waitress had still not come back and was instead cleaning tables. The restaurant was not busy either, although there were a number of tables full of customers who did not have any food or drinks (perhaps they were still also waiting). We gained the waitress’s attention and asked if we could make our order and the waitress nodded, then went off into the restaurant. Ten minutes later, she was cleaning tables again and ignoring us, so we left. I understand that different cultures have different etiquette in relation to whether table service is offered or not, however, it simply was not clear in this establishment, and the lack of communication made for a very poor experience. Sadly, I would not recommend or return to this restaurant.

08/02/2025: I'm giving one star but you don't even deserve that one because you suck, the sandwiches weren't cold, more so and if you threw them against the wall they would come back, in a sandwich there had to be provola cheese and here was the provola cheese then the raw hamburger, the unseasoned salad and we waited two hours. Make sure you have to close🥰🥰.

20/01/2025: I've known this place for years. It was the meeting point for us kids. I came back after years and the sandwiches are always delicious!

18/01/2025: I've had breakfast a couple of times in the last month and it's not possible to be served with such boredom. Today the girl was texting on the phone, even though she saw us sitting at the tables. I got up to order, and even then she was very annoyed, bothered. Then I went back to pay, and she gave the same treatment to the person before me, without even replying to the thank you. These people are not suited to working in contact with the public. Furthermore, the tables are always empty, this bar does not know how to make the most of the space it has, unlike other bars always with people sitting outside. They obviously do not know how to welcome customers properly. I suggest at most getting a takeaway croissant, and avoiding sitting there

11/01/2025: The coffee in this bar is excellent… This would have been the review I would have written if they hadn't made us wait more than 30 minutes outside without serving us even though they saw us. A piece of advice, don't put tables outside if you don't want to work there!😘

12/06/2025: Strategically located in the heart of Vomero in San Martino. Beautiful and I must say the truth everything is very good. The chef Peppe is really kind and friendly, the waiters are ready and prepared....I would say it is really worth trying again.

12/06/2025: Vomero, last stop of our visit to Naples. Quiet place with a beautiful view of the city. We were in a bit of a hurry and stopped to eat at Arx Cafè. Excellent pasta with potatoes and the best coffee I've had these days. Friendly and helpful staff.

19/07/2025: The service was courteous and fast, but the cappuccino didn't meet expectations in terms of quality. A 7 euro coffee was extremely expensive.

19/07/2025: The coffee and pastries were very good. We ate at the counter. The bathrooms were small but efficient and clean; in a small historic center, it's hard to find spacious ones.

16/07/2025: Baddest Café in whole Napoli, price not worth it, small coffe, they tryed to charge us with an extra coffee which we didn’t order + an extra tiramisu, which we also didn’t ordered, don’t go there, also the dolci‘s are supermarket quality, overall baddest Café in napoli

19/08/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance on August 14th, not having read the reviews. Terrible food with small portions at exorbitant prices... the waiter didn't even respect the arrival turn, preferring to serve customers who arrived later. In a word: highly not recommended!!!

15/06/2025: I ordered two pizzas, a margherita with mushrooms and a diavola, both really delicious. Compliments to the pizza chef for the perfect cooking and the quality of the ingredients, you can feel the care and passion in the preparation. Applause also to the owner and the staff for the excellent management of the place. I went to pick up the pizzas at the appointed time and waited only a few minutes, the service was quick and organized. The place is clean, well-kept and welcoming, with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is kind, professional and very helpful, which makes the experience even more positive. I recommend this pizzeria to those looking for quality, courtesy and a pleasant environment, both for eating in and for ordering take-out.

11/06/2025: I ate the pizza, the prices were acceptable but it was double, the tomato was disgusting, and I couldn't digest it in less than 48 hours

08/06/2025: Got some ice cream and were asked by the owner if we wanted to take a seat outside or get it to go, when we asked for a seat he said it was full. We did find a seat at a table when asking a man sitting alone and ate the ice cream. The owner came and as very angry with us and said we lied to him saying we said we asked for take away. He informed us that we would have had to pay 1€ more to sit outside but refused to take it from us now and continued berating us. We didn’t know about the 1€ extra for seating and would have happily payed for it but were yelled at for a simple misunderstanding and called liars.

06/06/2025: Not recommended, they are thieves. 4€ for 40ml of limoncello from the supermarket and 2€ for half a bottle of still water. I do not recommend it at all. Drink from the nearby fountain instead.
