17/07/2025: I bought three mozzarellas from them because I'm a customer of the Cardito dairy. It was a terrible experience; the mozzarella was stale and crumbled in my hands. I recommend the Cardito store reconsider who they sell their brand to.

15/06/2025: One of the best, if not the best, buffalo mozzarella of the "aversano" type. A must try. Afragola branch and sales point in Naples.

10/10/2025: Good evening, I'm not giving 0 stars only because it's not allowed. The food was poor, completely cold and inedible. Plus, they quoted me a price on the phone, and up close I paid more than I should have. I totally don't recommend!

05/10/2025: Good evening, I strongly advise against this trattoria and pizzeria. The ingredients are subpar. I placed an order and it arrived incorrectly; furthermore, the delivery guy charged me €5 more than I should have. I called the pizzeria to clarify, and they told me the bill was actually lower. I mentioned this and they replied, "You must have made a mistake." I also pointed out that part of the sandwich was missing and that one of the pizzas wasn't the one I ordered. They told me to return everything and promised to reorder, but instead they simply reheated the pizzas, added a croquette, and the sandwiches arrived soggy and inedible. If you think this is great food, go ahead, but know that saving money isn't money—and here, there's very little saving to be had. 👉 I only gave one star because you can't give less than one.

10/10/2025: They didn't give me a receipt when I paid in cash. They're not transparent about the off-menu additions THEY THEMSELVES OFFER. The food and drinks are quite poor. There are better quality options and more honest moral standards. The staff, at least in the evening, are ABSOLUTELY IRRESTLESS. The owner should do some soul-searching instead of making serious accusations against anyone who criticizes them. STAY AWAY!!!

21/09/2025: We were there yesterday. The bar was beautiful, the outside area was large and very beautiful, as was the inside. We had four aperitifs, all very good, and the staff was super friendly. We'll be back.

05/10/2025: We found this beach by accident when We hiked down a random road from the main road. Since it is off season, we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff was getting ready to close for the season but whipped up a delicious grilled fish and Caprese salad. We had a lovely peaceful afternoon with a beautiful view of Capri. Good shoes definitely needed to hike down.

02/09/2025: It's a lovely beach, very welcoming staff, and easy to reserve sunbeds. The food at the restaurant is very good.

03/09/2025: Chalet della Marina offers a breathtaking view of Vesuvius! Unique! A family atmosphere. The owners are professional, kind, and attentive to cleanliness and hygiene. They offer a varied and high-quality food selection from breakfast to dinner. We ate the best Neapolitan pizza here. Thank you for the wonderful experience you gave us. We will definitely be back. 03/09/2025: Best value Pizza in town, it only took 5 mins to make and bake

23/08/2025: Pizza ordered at 8:20 PM. They told us it would take 40 minutes to arrive. The pizza arrived at 10:10 PM after almost 2 hours of waiting and 10 calls. The pizza not only arrived late, but it was also cold and inedible. The sauce was raw and the pizza was ruined.

05/08/2025: The dough is excellent, the frying is very good, the pizza doesn't make you miss the Michelin-starred pizza chefs. The jewel in the crown remains the maxi pizza, obviously available in various flavors. The photos I'm attaching are of the majestic fried pizza. For a quick pizza, I recommend going there. 12/05/2025: NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I ordered a package with a box of 15 mini eggs, it never arrived!!! Among other things, I didn't even read the reviews, otherwise I wouldn't have spent a euro since the shipping is not adequate and the eggs arrive melted. DON'T TRUST me, I never received the package! Despite numerous calls to both the laboratory and the shipping manager! SHAME ON YOU!!! if you could give ZERO I would give it to you!!!

11/05/2025: Just before Easter I ordered a personalized joker Easter egg online They asked me for payment immediately, which I made immediately, but the egg never arrived. I tried to contact them several times, both via social media and by telephone, but nothing... no response. I also wrote to the laboratory, but they no longer considered me. Now, in addition to not having received anything, they have also blocked me everywhere, preventing me from contacting them. Obviously I have all the proof of the payment and the messages exchanged. At this point, I don't care about the egg anymore... but I don't accept that they kept my money and even disappeared into thin air! . ZERO seriousness. And apparently I'm not the only one to complain! Ask yourself two questions at this point. There's no point in falling, just know that.

19/10/2025: I completely disagree with the negative reviews. Aside from the high price, which is fair for the area, I haven't found any negatives. Five of us had lunch, and everyone enjoyed it. We came on a Sunday, but we still managed to get a table right away. We then ordered desserts and coffee, and were completely satisfied. The waiters were very courteous and polite.

07/10/2025: Not good food, pricey for what you get. Dirty glasses and forks are cleaned with a cloth that is then used to clean the tables.

10/04/2025: I'd been to this place about two years ago; it was truly excellent, the best in Naples and the surrounding area. So, a few days ago, I decided to go back. Since there were two of us, we ordered a croissant with pistachio baiocchi and a double layer pancake with Nutella biscuit. The pancake was good, but dry; the croissant wasn't bad, but unfortunately, the pistachio flavor wasn't very noticeable. PRICE: Special croissant, special double layer pancake, and a bottle of water were €8.60, a bit pricey. The croissant alone cost €3.30 because at the entrance, near the cash register, there was a sign advertising a 0.30 cent increase on the entire menu. Unfortunately, I no longer consider it as excellent as it once was, which is a shame. I hope to return and change my mind, despite the price increase justified by the current situation. 02/04/2025: Cira Review - An Empathetic and Competent Professional I'd like to share my experience with Cira, an employee who completely changed my perception of Jam Bake. Until Cira arrived, I had stopped frequenting the store for a long time. My previous experiences with employees were not positive: not only were they not particularly competent, but their courtesy and helpfulness towards customers left much to be desired. Cira's presence, however, was a real game changer. She demonstrates unquestionable professionalism, combined with incredible empathy and kindness. Since she joined the team, I've happily returned to Jam Bake. Cira is not only an expert worker, but she also knows how to effectively interact with customers, making each of us feel welcome and comfortable. Her friendly approach and helpfulness are truly unique and make all the difference. What I appreciate most about Cira is her unwavering commitment. Every day, she sacrifices herself to ensure the store runs at its best, implementing a series of targeted actions to improve efficiency and service quality. Furthermore, it's clear that she never stops learning and perfecting her craft, always striving for professional growth. Cira exudes passion for what she does, and this is reflected not only in her attitude toward customers but also in the care she takes in every aspect of her work. She's an incredible asset to the store, and her commitment is certainly one of the main reasons I continue to choose Jam Bake. 24/09/2025: I'm rating it a 4 (which is perhaps a little generous) but it does what it needs to do well - it supplies food quickly to a lot of people, and it's a good stop to get sustenance during a full day walking around the massive museum. A few other reviews mentioned bad service, but from what I witnessed, the staff were just being efficient trying to get orders and payment out of customers (who were often rude or clueless) quickly, to keep the line moving. As a customer, simple manners - hello, please, and thankyou in whatever language - goes a long way to get polite service in return. The food was ok, not bad and not the most memorable, but it was tasty enough, and filled us up to keep going for another 4 hours of museum-ing.

03/09/2025: Convenient, right in the museum. Friendly staff, even if you don't speak Italian or English. The rice salad wasn't cooked enough for my taste. Good value for money.

05/07/2025: Dopo anni di fedeltà, tornare all’Antica Osteria Pisano è stato come rientrare in una casa dove nulla è più al suo posto. Un tempo rifugio di sapori più o meno autentici a prezzi accettabili, oggi sembra aver perso l’anima. Il cibo, pur ancora accettabile, ha smarrito quella magia fatta di materie prime semplici cucinate con rispetto per la tradizione. Ma è il servizio ad aver subito un tracollo che lascia senza parole. All’ingresso, una donna dai capelli neri, visibilmente estranea alla cultura dell’ospitalità napoletana, ci ha accolto con modi freddi e quasi ostili. Da lì in poi, una sequenza crescente di scortesie ha guastato irrimediabilmente la serata. sguardi infastiditi, risposte brusche, un’aria di fretta e malumore che ci ha fatti sentire fuori posto, indesiderati. Al punto da rinunciare persino al dolce e al caffè, nella speranza di poter andar via il prima possibile e liberarci dal disagio. È triste vedere un luogo tanto amato trasformarsi in un’esperienza da dimenticare.

04/07/2025: Ottima scelta di piatti di pesce. La nostra esperienza è stata positiva (ci siamo tornati due volte), ma abbiamo visto altra gente insoddisfatta, Il servizio la scia a desiderare quando non c'è la padrona anziana.

07/09/2025: Last night we ate a croissant and a brioche and we didn't sleep all night between vomiting 🤮 and diarrhea. Don't go, you'll feel sick. The product isn't good quality and it's not an easy summer. I hope someone reads my message and does a good lab check to see what they put in their crappy products.

12/10/2025: Our server Alessio was the nicest guy in the world. He was super friendly, funny, and made us feel super welcomed! The food was just what we needed for the night. ALESSIO ur the best bro! Miss you a ton we def need that selfie you took with all of us!
