An unexpected surprise: excellent, high-quality food made with top-quality ingredients, a spotlessly clean restaurant. We were looking for a place close to the highway exit. Highly recommended for anyone on the Abruzzo/Rome highway.

The atmosphere is welcoming, divided into two rooms with rustic furnishings that evoke a pleasant, family atmosphere. The staff is distinguished by their efficiency and courtesy. The menu is interesting and well-structured, with a particular focus on first courses; the sliced beef, served on a bed of citrus cabbage, is noteworthy, a tasty and original dish.
Noteworthy is the lack of table linens, an element that would have further enhanced the experience.
The value for money could be improved: for an appetizer, a main course, and two side dishes (without wine, coffee, or digestif), the bill came to €43, slightly higher than expected.

After passing this restaurant for a long time, we decided to try it. It didn't disappoint: excellent cuisine with unconventional dishes, a good appetizer featuring local products, two excellent first courses, ricotta and walnut ravioli with grated black truffle, and tagliolini with black garlic, bottarga, and lemon zest. For the second course, grilled lamb, but what surprised us with its flavor was the scamorza cheese with pears, hazelnuts, and honey, truly delicious.
For the side dish, Roman-style artichokes. We finished with two coffees and a homemade gentian. Don't be like me and wait too long; if you're in the area, I highly recommend it!
