26/04/2025: We slept and dined for one day. It is not a hotel but an inn so it must be evaluated differently. In my opinion, nothing to complain about. The breakfast was then abundant with tarts and desserts made by them. The only sore point was the difficulty in regulating the shower.

14/05/2025: Ouch, ouch, ouch... for a 3-star hotel, the services offered are pretty mediocre. The restaurant: In any restaurant, you'd expect to eat better than when you're cooking in the back of a converted Kangoo in the rain with a camping gas stove!!! Needless to say, we missed our camping gas stove... in short, we won't be going back!

11/05/2025: Local located in an excellent position, between Villetta Barrea and Opi. Good food, friendly staff. Great place for campers. Equipped for them.

08/02/2025: Ristorante carino e molto ampio. Abbiamo mangiato una fiorentina alla brace per due.... veramente ottima e molto tenera con contorno di patate al forno molto buone accompagnato il tutto da un vino rosso della casa consigliato dal ristoratore veramente buono. Posto Consigliatissimo!!!

08/12/2024: Location meravigliosa, il casale è caldo ed accogliente, il personale cordiale ed educato. Ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante io e mia moglie e abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Antipasto classico dei luoghi con affettati misti e formaggi, e 2 primi davvero raffinati e genuini. Ravioli ripieni di formaggio e noci con crema di fiori di zucca e zafferano, e risotto con crema di cime di rapa e formaggio. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare per non rischiare di non trovare posto. Ci ritorneremo.

21/02/2025: Unprofessional and not organized. Typically I try to be positive and trust everyone does his best, but this is unbelievable. Booked and confirmed a table for parents and kids one month before our arrival, got a phone call one week before just to say that they could not anymore accommodate our crew, without proposing any alternative solution (come earlier, later.. go to another restaurant booked by us… nothing). Additionally got asked who confirmed so they could resolve their own disorders internally. Will never even try to book again, given the risk of dismissal and the additional work to find an alternative with short advice.

09/02/2025: Very cute and cozy restaurant in Pescocostanzo. Food was excellent. Service was perfect. Atmosphere was just what you would hope for in this quaint mountain town with small, intimate rooms and even a fireplace. Highly recommend.

16/03/2025: Very positive experience. Mr. Piero is very kind and attentive to welcoming and satisfying customers. He gives lots of advice on places to visit. Meals cooked very well indeed. Basic sweet breakfast, with homemade cakes, but if there had been a need we could have requested the savory one. Nice rooms, a little old but if you don't have any demands they're fine. Hot water, or rather very hot to take a shower ☺️

25/05/2025: Last night we were in L'Aquila for work. We finished late and found this restaurant open so we decided to go. When we got there, the place was empty with only a table of about 22 people, we asked to be there and we sat down. We waited about 20 minutes for a starter that was a bit miserable for its €9 but ok. The absurd thing is that to have about 30 arrosticini on the table we waited about 40 minutes. In addition, the attention to the customer is really non-existent. As in these 40 minutes we finished the beer previously ordered, and no one approached the table to ask us if we wanted something else good or not. Finally, the bill came. We ordered 30 arrosticini for €1 each so €30. Then an appetizer €9. 2 large beers €8. Then 2 cicchetti di geziana that I think he made us pay about €4 each And I think €4 for the “service” for a total of €60 for two. ……… I came back here because I came years ago and I had a good time. But perhaps over time the passion for one's work has been lost a bit and I certainly don't think I'll go back Strictly personal opinion based on my experience See you later

11/05/2025: The best kebabs ever! A quiet and welcoming place, a little out of the way but it's worth going there even just to taste the kebabs cut with a knife. They are tender and delicate, cooked to perfection. The bruschetta and various side dishes are also good. A round of applause to the lady who welcomed us and put up with us throughout the evening. We will definitely be back!

03/06/2025: More than a review, a big thank you is needed! I booked for a "blind" ceremony on the advice of a dear friend. I went to make a menu with the guys on the staff and from a wide choice they were able to advise me on the best solution. But the surprise was seeing them at work! Not only was the fish very fresh, the service fast to the right point, the staff very professional and courteous (something not so obvious at the ceremonies I have been to recently), but they were wonderfully precise and correct, there were no surprises on the bill, and when Ezio came out to fillet the fish personally, in front of the guests, we were all amazed. Ah, I think I have never eaten a better millefeuille in my life! Thank you all for the splendid impression you made on us, next time I will not hesitate to come back to you! You are fantastic

23/05/2025: We visited this town when we were here to see our relatives. We stayed in the hotel, which was adequate. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We’re from United States so we went to dinner at 7:30 and we were the only people there and we were a little bit worried but by 8 o’clock you couldn’t move. The waitress is very nice and offered to “make” us taste some wine. Obviously this is a good restaurant because all sorts of people come here you can see from the photos both of us had our own pizza because apparently that’s the way things are done here. We resisted using our hands to eat as apparently that’s not proper. if you’re in town alone or with friends, this is a fun place full of energy. I can’t imagine where everybody parked and if you’re going to stay in the hotel, get her early and park your car.
