The food was excellent, with authentic flavors, and the selection of dishes was meticulously selected, with particular attention to allergens. Despite clearing tables, we still had to wait over 15 minutes to order after several requests. Regarding the menu, many of the dishes on the menu were unavailable during dinner hours (when it wasn't specifically stated). The same was true for some drinks, which, like the beers, weren't even listed on the menu. The quality of the food was certainly excellent (especially the meat), but the gnocchi with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes I chose overall didn't meet my expectations. The value for money wasn't the best, especially the cover charge (also not listed before payment) of €6 (for two people). Good experience, but I wouldn't return.

17/04/2026: Terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, making it hard to go back to the place, which, by the way, is nothing special in terms of food. They lost a customer.

17/04/2026: RUDE STAFF!! I needed a slice of pizza, but before buying it, I politely asked to use the bathroom. The lady was rude, telling me to go to the bar because that's a bathroom reserved for her customers. She also pointed out that she cleans it with her own water and her hands! She yelled at me and raised her voice. I used the bathroom, bought a slice of pizza that tasted like yeast, and politely said hello, but the lady didn't even respond. I'll never go back. Rudeness is a given!

20/03/2026: We dined here for a birthday. The place was freezing, so much so that we dined in jackets, but they still weren't enough to keep us warm. The appetizer arrived after over an hour and a half; considering there were about twenty people in the place, the wait seemed excessive. The pizza, which arrived after two hours of waiting and constant reminders, was inedible. We asked for a Coke and were told it had run out—absurd, considering it's a "restaurant." Halfway through dinner, we left, leaving most of the food on our plates without finishing the celebration. Some of the people sitting across from us also left for the same reason. We will definitely never return. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

03/03/2026: Very kind staff: I tried to order via Just Eat but the app had some problems, and I solved it quickly by placing the order directly via phone. Good margherita pizza, fried food too (a nice choice).

15/05/2026: Breakfast wasn't fresh—cornet coffee or juice from a carton. The dinner consisted of canned pasta or an overcooked substance resembling meat and baked potatoes. Basically, I was left without dinner or breakfast. There's no refrigerator in the room, and the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the room. The placement of outlets for charging devices is also a bit of a bummer. On the plus side, there are tables outside with a terrace.

08/02/2026: An exceptional seafood lunch, the best seafood restaurant in the area... Everything was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. I opted for a first course of gnocchi, clams, scampi, and fresh truffle. They were exceptional. I'll definitely be back. Congratulations to everyone 👏🏻. The quality/price ratio exceeded expectations.

09/03/2026: At the foot of the mountain, with a stunning view, Chalet del Bosco is a must-visit for skiers hungry for excellent cuisine in the warmth. The food is good and the price is reasonable. The staff is friendly and always available to find a solution, even when it seems like there's nothing available. It gets very busy on weekends, but for good reason.
