20/03/2026: We dined here for a birthday. The place was freezing, so much so that we dined in jackets, but they still weren't enough to keep us warm. The appetizer arrived after over an hour and a half; considering there were about twenty people in the place, the wait seemed excessive. The pizza, which arrived after two hours of waiting and constant reminders, was inedible. We asked for a Coke and were told it had run out—absurd, considering it's a "restaurant." Halfway through dinner, we left, leaving most of the food on our plates without finishing the celebration. Some of the people sitting across from us also left for the same reason. We will definitely never return. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

03/03/2026: Very kind staff: I tried to order via Just Eat but the app had some problems, and I solved it quickly by placing the order directly via phone. Good margherita pizza, fried food too (a nice choice).

09/03/2026: At the foot of the mountain, with a stunning view, Chalet del Bosco is a must-visit for skiers hungry for excellent cuisine in the warmth. The food is good and the price is reasonable. The staff is friendly and always available to find a solution, even when it seems like there's nothing available. It gets very busy on weekends, but for good reason.

The online menu promises one thing, but once we get there, the reality is completely different: far fewer options available, and some dishes aren't even available... obviously, only discovered after we'd decided to order them. The most absurd thing? The set menu can only be ordered if EVERYONE at the table chooses it. If there were 10 of us, is it possible that ten people have to agree to eat the exact same things? This rule, by the way, isn't specified anywhere—they only tell you after you've already indicated your intention to order it. Absurd. At that point, we simply wanted to leave, but we were made uncomfortable and practically "forced" to stay. A truly unpleasant situation. The service was incredibly slow: it took forever even to get drinks, so much so that we had to call the waitress several times to have them bring our drinks. Total disorganization, and zero customer service. I will never return and absolutely do not recommend it.

28/02/2026: The bartender is a bit sleepy and forgets the orders. We ordered a platter for two at 4:50 PM and at 6 PM it still hasn't arrived. I had gone for an aperitif, not dinner... terrible service, they need to change the staff.

26/09/2025: We found this inn by chance, looking for a convenient place to stay for visiting Campo Imperatore and the Gran Sasso by motorcycle. Upon arrival, my wife and I were a little disappointed when we saw the place from the outside, but we dropped off our bags and set off. When we returned that evening, we found a simple but beautifully renovated room. The welcome was excellent, the room with bathroom was clean and very tidy, and the bathroom was perfect. The dinner, what can I say? Wonderful, with excellent house wine. I definitely recommend it.

I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant, where unfortunately the experience didn't live up to expectations. The food, compared to other times, didn't seem as fresh as it should be, and this negatively impacted the overall quality of the meal. Furthermore, I found the presence of a desk in the dining room, used for accounting and business conversations, inappropriate. In my opinion, in a restaurant setting, these aspects should be kept separate to ensure a more welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The atmosphere was rather awkward. I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but I hope it can be a starting point for improvement.

09/03/2026: This was my first time at this restaurant and I had a very bad experience. The food was poor, the prices were excessive, and the waiter was rude. After this experience, I will never go there again.
