30/01/2026: A stone building with arched vaults, and an open wood-fired oven that warms the atmosphere with its flames. Everyone is very friendly, from the owners to the wait staff. Every time we go, there's always a surprise off-menu item served at the table free of charge, small appetizers that give that family feel. The pizza is very light in dough and generously topped. Very digestible!!! A favorite place worth returning to again and again! I forgot that besides pizza, they also serve appetizers, first courses, side dishes, main courses, and desserts.

At Ettore you can experience all this and if you like some work of art you can also buy it, at Ettore it's all an experience, a small but welcoming place the presentation of the dishes is worthy of a starred restaurant, in short I could continue with the adjectives but it would be useless the only thing to do is go there and live the experience!!! ! !.......... and I forgot and the bill is absolutely honest!!! ! 26/01/2026: A farm with a simple and welcoming restaurant where you can also choose from a freshwater menu; the trout is the best I've eaten in the area. It's definitely a place you'll want to return to, and so I'll be back as soon as I can!

20/01/2026: Excellent place, and the trout and fish dishes are highly recommended, but the meat a little less so. Service was a bit slow; we waited an hour.

I ate their first arrosticini in their sandwich shop because the restaurant wasn't open... and since then, their products have remained unparalleled in their deliciousness. Every time I'm in the area, I stop there to eat...

11/10/2025: This is my second time ordering from this pizzeria: the first time, the pizza was half charred, but I accepted it anyway. This second time, the pizza was completely charred, and I didn't even mention it to the restaurant because it was already in the box. This is a charred "mafia" pizza that should be on your menu. It's shameful to deliver a pizza in such condition, even if you paid in full. I'm sorry, but I advise you not to go there. Those black spots on the pizza should be peppers...

21/08/2025: A nice restaurant with average food. Unfortunately, the service is nonexistent, with only one person serving about 20-25 people (10 tables). You ask for information and they tell you to wait (about 10 minutes), ask for a bottle of water, and you're not sure when it will arrive. The details also make a difference: • Missing spoon on the pot of mussels. • Arrogance in bringing the dishes and drinks, as if they were doing you a favor. • Dirty plates left on the table until the next course is brought. Otherwise, the bill is above average. Recommendation: Definitely increase the number of waiting staff and treat guests with kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness. Conclusion: I think it's a restaurant with potential, but I wouldn't recommend it as a first choice due to the service they offer and the price of the dishes.
