05/05/2026: A wonderful experience, in a place where "Thank you for choosing us" isn't just a ritual, but the philosophy that guides the daily operations of owners Andrea and Barbara!! Andrea and Barbara have the gift of understanding how precious the trust their guests place in choosing their restaurant is, and they truly understand the value of time! The time people choose to spend in their restaurant is the time needed to grow authentic products and prepare them with the necessary care. The restaurant is small (about 12 seats), with meticulous attention to detail. The menu is fixed and the same for all guests, and dinner is at 8:00 PM. Barbara prepares delicious vegetarian recipes using local products grown directly near the restaurant, while Andrea welcomes his guests with great warmth and kindness, introducing the restaurant, their daily activities, and each course with meticulous care, conveying all their love for growing products and their artisanal preparation according to ancient traditions. The attention to detail is paramount, as is the care and freshness of the dishes. 16/05/2026: Lincosta was a wonderful experience right from the start: the welcome was perfect, making us feel right at home. The menu was deliciously limited, but comprised of dishes in keeping with Abruzzo tradition. An excellent wine list, but above all, the owner's expertise is invaluable. Located at the foot of Piazza Duomo, it can be reached from Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Once you reach the large Chamber of Commerce building, go down to the right for about 200 meters. The area is currently undergoing extensive public redevelopment work following the earthquake.

21/03/2026: Wonderful secluded but in-town quiet location, the rooms are very nice, very clean and spacious, they include a small but efficient kitchenette, the bathrooms are also very spacious and comfortable. Overall an excellent place to stay, they also have a great restaurant where you can enjoy the local delicacies.

05/10/2025: Today I had the pleasure of lunch at Emiliano's La Fuocina, and it was a truly memorable experience. I tasted a full-blood Wagyu "Italia" rib-eye steak that was simply extraordinary: a unique, tender meat, perfectly marbled, with an intense and refined flavor. An absolute delight, never tasted before! And not just the meat: the appetizers and first courses were also meticulously prepared, balanced, and bursting with flavor. All this was accompanied by attentive and friendly service, which made the day even more enjoyable. This restaurant is absolutely worth a try, and I recommend it without hesitation to anyone who loves good food and authentic gastronomic experiences.

04/05/2026: Spurred by the excellent reviews, I booked this restaurant for a Sunday lunch, and fortunately, we weren't disappointed. The service was impeccable; they know what they're doing. We started with what's called the "house appetizer," which is actually more of a platter of cured meats and cheeses with a few additions, like grilled vegetables and beans. Personally, I find this definition misleading: without wishing to criticize the restaurant (also because it seems to be standard practice at restaurants we've frequented in the area), in Puglia, we're accustomed to a different concept of the house appetizer, generally consisting of multiple courses, both hot and cold, which allow for a broader overview of the local produce. Next, we had maltagliati with truffle and sausage: the homemade pasta was truly excellent, thick (perhaps too thick) and al dente, exactly how I like it. The only slightly subdued note was the sauce; in my opinion, it lacked flavor. For our second course, we chose the arrosticini, the real highlight of the meal: soft, succulent, and flavorful, among the best we've ever tasted. Despite the restaurant being packed, we asked for seconds and were pleasantly surprised when, within minutes, they were served without any fuss. To conclude, we had two homemade tiramisu, both very good, accompanied by their own liqueurs and served directly at the table, although I didn't particularly appreciate them. The quality-price ratio is truly excellent. I would definitely return if I were to return to Abruzzo or even just pass through the area.

The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, and the service is fairly quick. Generous portions, especially for the starters, and the menu offers a good selection of desserts, especially the fig tart.

06/04/2026: On vacation with our three children (small, it may seem like a small detail, but it's actually an important premise). We spent the Easter holidays at this hotel. The room was spacious, with a view of the snow-capped mountains—a truly stunning view. The room was always spotlessly clean every day. Breakfast isn't a buffet, but you certainly won't leave hungry. We prefer this style because there's no waste. The restaurant menu is fresh, tasty, and traditional, with a wide selection of vegetables as side dishes, not to mention the pizza, which we loved! The staff and owners are discreet yet kind and polite. They are warmhearted people. We can only thank them for their patience and hospitality. Lastly, we thank Mimma the cat, who was our mascot during our stay at the Monte Selva hotel and restaurant.

30/03/2026: Great restaurant, here you will find many local delicacies, I highly recommend trying one of the dishes which include cod. Good friendly service and excellent food, looking forward to the next visit.
