20/11/2025: Evening with friends We had a wonderful time! The owner knows his stuff!!! Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the delicious steak with potatoes, everything was divine. Speaking of wine... a nice selection that enhances the flavors. The house dessert was delicious, and the liqueurs were superb!! Great atmosphere! Highly recommended!

08/02/2026: Three stars for the place, which is a bit small and the loud noise doesn't help much. Otherwise, everything is delicious, from the appetizers, the cured meats, the cheeses, the excellent first courses, and the tasty second courses. The dessert experience is heavenly, delicious, and unforgettable. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it.

01/02/2026: A well-maintained restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning view of Rocca di Cambio. The food is excellent, starting with the Rocche antipasto, which offers not only uniquely flavorful cured meats and cheeses, but also hot dishes. The first courses are also delicious, such as the polenta with porcini mushrooms and truffles, a true revelation. The lamb shank, too, was a first, with an intense yet delicate flavor. And to finish, the desserts included a delicious apple tart, the Scomposta, and finally, a proper tiramisu, with excellent flavor. Aside from a small mix-up during service, I can say we had a wonderful time and are sure to return when we're in the area again.

09/01/2026: Arriving in Calascio for a weekend, we had lunch at this small and cozy restaurant. We were truly impressed. The dishes were excellent, from the organic cured meats to the cheeses, simply delicious, not to mention the lasagna with sausage and saffron... sublime! A delicious glass of red accompanied everything, and to finish, we had zabaglione with crumble, chocolate cake, and two coffees. Impeccable service and very kind staff. Excellent value for money. I recommend it!

05/10/2025: Today I had the pleasure of lunch at Emiliano's La Fuocina, and it was a truly memorable experience. I tasted a full-blood Wagyu "Italia" rib-eye steak that was simply extraordinary: a unique, tender meat, perfectly marbled, with an intense and refined flavor. An absolute delight, never tasted before! And not just the meat: the appetizers and first courses were also meticulously prepared, balanced, and bursting with flavor. All this was accompanied by attentive and friendly service, which made the day even more enjoyable. This restaurant is absolutely worth a try, and I recommend it without hesitation to anyone who loves good food and authentic gastronomic experiences.

The place is very welcoming, the food delicious (homemade pasta and excellent roast meat!), and the service was fast and impeccable... despite the place being fully booked! The owner is a wonderful person, very helpful and kind... he offered us drinks and even took away the children's entrees! An excellent example of how to run a restaurant: professionalism, elegance, and a friendly atmosphere! ...as well as very affordable prices! We'll definitely be back and bringing more people with us! ❤️

29/01/2026: I was a guest for work. If I ever come to L'Aquila for a vacation, I'll definitely stay at this family-run, yet truly professionally managed hotel. The food was delicious, with a freshly baked croissant for breakfast, just the way I like it. The staff were helpful and attentive to their guests' habits. They noticed I was carefully avoiding tomatoes and dairy products and offered suitable options without a word. I thanked them and explained my slight intolerances. The RESTAURANT/PIZZERIA is spacious and attractive, with rooms that sleep three, and tidy and comfortable bathrooms. But above all these aesthetic features, I have to give it a sixth star for the cleanliness of all the rooms. Finally, there's ample parking with a large solar shelter that can accommodate five or six vans or trucks.

17/01/2026: Recommended. We ordered three pizzas (my mother is celiac and said it was among the best she's ever eaten), and my dad ordered the cod trio, which was also very good. Kudos to the staff, too; the waitress who served us was named Sara and was very helpful and polite. A well-deserved 5 stars for the restaurant.

25/01/2026: One of my favorite bars in L'Aquila. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is gorgeous. It offers specialty sweets and chocolates from L'Aquila. Considering the location and quality, the prices are quite reasonable.
