26/08/2025: What can I say... Zangola is always a safe haven for me! I've been coming here since I was a child, and I have to say the quality and deliciousness have never diminished lately! The pizza was perfect, perfectly leavened, so much so that after one pizza I would have immediately eaten another 😍 I hope to return soon!

20/06/2025: Era da diverso tempo che avevo intenzione di tornarci, dopo molto tempo e, ieri sera , ho trovato L'occasione giusta. Ho cenato veramente bene e bevuto ancora meglio. Quello che mi colpisce di questo posto è che, con ingredienti semplici, tutti a km. zero, riescano a costruire piatti così appetitosi e leggeri. Complimenti, Fabio!!! Roberto55

24/08/2025: This is the second year in a row we've returned to the Hotel Genziana. The hotel is centrally located and extremely convenient. The rooms are spotless, the breakfasts and dinners are excellent. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The staff is very kind and helpful. The spa is complete and well-maintained, and the staff is very courteous. Two considerations for improving this little gem: - The spa's opening hours, from 4 to 7 pm, are too restrictive. I personally suggested at least closing at 7:30 pm; most guests are out all day on excursions, and returning around 5:30 pm means they can't enjoy a complete and therefore healthy wellness program. - The outdoor hydromassage pool is nestled in a magnificent garden that gets the sun from morning until 6 pm, so I would recommend opening it at least from 2 pm for those who enjoy the garden and the sun; instead, it opens from 4 pm to 7 pm, like the spa. I hope these suggestions are taken as constructive; I also run a small hospitality business, and when my guests point out improvements, I always welcome them as positive exceptions. 12/08/2025: The bombette and sausage were truly spectacular. We arrived there in a bit of a rush and were served quickly. The bombette, cooked four different ways, were fantastic. The wine by the glass was also excellent. The little square where the outdoor tables are located is a bit dark.

26/08/2025: As guests of the Vannucci Hotel (which is perfect), we tried the Zafferano restaurant in the evening and were very disappointed by the quality of the dishes, particularly the fillet of beef with truffle slices, the meat of which was difficult to chew and the truffle had absolutely no taste... the other two dishes were just okay. We only had the second dish.

07/09/2025: Beneath the fortress walls, welcoming and friendly. A delicious meat-based dinner and good wine. Excellent.

01/09/2025: Terra Nostra restaurant is conveniently located on the road leading to the center of Otranto. The atmosphere is informal. Regarding the food, the quality is good. The dishes are well-prepared, with fresh ingredients that make for a pleasant dining experience. The cuisine is honest and never disappoints, even if it doesn't reach the pinnacle of excellence. In my opinion, the quality-price ratio is a bit unbalanced, especially regarding the price! This doesn't affect my rating: when paying, I asked the owner to round up to the nearest 0.60 cents a total of more than €100. The owner said NO. Not very friendly...

22/07/2025: In terms of flavors, I had a surprising culinary experience. There were several flavors that were carefully thought, prepared, and presented to my tongue gradually. Five stars for the presentation of the dishes by Sara, who does it with great passion. The ambient is also very nice.
