14/08/2025: We had lunch at El Panarel after a pleasant walk in the woods from Canazei.
The owner welcomed us, serving us quickly and kindly.
I had the tuna and onion pizza, delicious, flavorful, and crispy, with an excellent sourdough crust. My wife had the ricotta gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, delicious, a specialty. We ate lunch at the outdoor tables, quiet and cool.
The prices are very good for the Val di Fassa.

The food tastes like it's freshly made.
I recommend it.
17/08/2025: Everything was fairly average, but it was very unfortunate that it was extremely hot inside, and we had to wait a long time to be served and to get the menu. The food was quite mediocre, but the prices were low. What surprised us were the communist symbols on the walls, like the hammer and sickle and a picture of Che Guevara. Given the current political situation, it felt a bit strange, even though we respect each other’s history.

11/08/2025: Just like the restaurant, the hotel is very well located in the city. Very warm, we really feel good in this stone establishment, very comfortable room, perfect bedding. A breakfast with little attention for my daughter was perfect, thank you again for everything. ☺️
19/04/2025: location esteticamente molto bella, personale simpatico tuttavia prestate attenzione agli upgrade delle scelte ( si ordina un tagliere normale eti portano quello piu costoso del menu' senza consenso), non PERMETTEVI DI RICHIEDERE PORZIONI ABBONDANTI... nel caso preparatevi a pagare tre piatti di riso al culatello perche la porizone abbondante non esiste.. o meglio due porzioni vengono addebitate al prezzo di tre porzioni ... ma voi a cena siete solo due ...... la colazione invece ... lascia spazio alla fame

23/08/2025: For my birthday, I enjoyed the 5-course menu on the rooftop terrace. The location is truly a highlight, with its fantastic view and modern, relaxed, and sophisticated ambiance.
The dishes were truly outstanding – freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and exceptionally tasty.
The friendly and attentive service is also particularly noteworthy. I felt completely at home and can highly recommend the Ambrosia Roof.

27/07/2025: Superb dinner to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday... exquisite and carefully prepared cuisine, comfortable atmosphere, and excellent service.
23/07/2025: I went to dinner with a friend last night... a truly unexpected restaurant! The staff was very attentive and made us feel truly pampered, paying attention to detail. Before starting dinner, they wished us "Bon Voyage." This phrase struck a chord with us, and only at the end of dinner did we realize what a wonderful journey of taste and flavor it was. I recommend this place and I recommend letting their precious advice guide you.

06/08/2025: 10 euros 2 slices of ham and 2 of salami...COUNTED.. I accidentally asked for a slice of bread THEY Brought ME 2 COUNTED, AND ALSO annoyed of having asked for them.. then half a glass of wine 5 euros is acceptable because it was a decent half-glass.. NEVER AGAIN..

06/08/2025: A wonderful experience in a delightful place surrounded by nature... A delicious lunch with local cured meats, homemade pasta, roasted polenta, and a very affordable price. Better option for an overnight stay. I recommend booking... very clean and the staff were very friendly.

01/08/2025: Excellent craft beer, unique and delicious food. And everything is named after operas, opera composers, and opera characters. We drank Turandot and Carmen beers, both excellent, and the dishes were called Verdi, Nabucco, etc. We really enjoyed it, especially since I'm an opera singer and sang almost every character and opera on the menu. My husband is also a musician, so it felt like home.
01/08/2025: Historic brewery under the Sacra, lots of interesting beers, and very good food too! I'll definitely be back.

20/05/2025: We went to Lazy, for the first time, one evening at the end of April, with friends. We ate EXCELLENT pinsa. The beers are very good and the service is 10. We had a great time and in fact we're going back on Thursday.
