Historic brewery at the foot of the Sacra di San Michele. Walk up (the Sentiero dei Principi is beautiful) or drive up, visit the Sacra (worth it), and then enjoy some excellent craft beers and a delicious Fassona burger or pinsa (a pinsa). A pleasant stop!

A fantastic place at the foot of the Sacra di San Michele, with a panoramic view from the outdoor terrace where we dined. Peace and quiet reign supreme. The food was excellent, the beers top notch, and even their beer-based dessert, birramisu, and their amaro made with herbs and hops from the beer. A great place to spend carefree summer evenings. The wait staff is friendly, smiling, and chatty. We'll be back soon.

Excellent craft brewery. High-quality beers and food. We met Mr. Vito, who was very helpful and gave us detailed information about the area's tourist attractions and a guided tour of the brewery.

22/01/2026: Everything was perfect, from the softly lit ambiance and the welcoming elegance of the wood, to the exceptional food. Everything was truly delicious, and I really appreciated the unexpected yet well-executed pairings! Special mention for the exquisite fried artichokes with teriyaki sauce, and their first course, the "Orange Mojito." I'm not celiac, but it was truly a dinner I can't wait to repeat.
