07/10/2025: Last night I had the pleasure of dining with my colleagues at this trattoria, and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience! The dishes were delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with care. The tiramisu was delicious! 🤩 What struck me most was the simplicity and authenticity of the dishes, which allowed for the quality of the ingredients to shine through without overdoing it with unnecessary decorations. But what made the evening even more special was the friendliness and professionalism of the waiters. They made us feel at home, welcoming us with a smile and serving us with attention and discretion. I highly recommend this trattoria to anyone looking for good, traditional Genoese cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere with quality service. I will definitely be back!

03/10/2025: We had lunch at Manuel's and had a wonderful time! The mushroom risotto was excellent and creamy, the cutlet with fries was perfect for the kids, and the homemade tiramisu was truly outstanding. Friendly staff, generous portions, and fair prices: highly recommended!

31/10/2025: The atmosphere was intimate and very welcoming. The table service was prompt, but cold and disinterested. Throughout the dinner, not even at checkout were we asked how it went. The child's cavatelli with tomato sauce was completely overcooked, but he ate it anyway because he was very hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. The pasta was so soft it broke on the palate. I had a first course with creamed peppers, but it was very bland (I generally eat very lightly at home). The octopus appetizer on fava bean puree was good, but the portion was really small, so you have to ask for bread baskets. I didn't like the chestnut dessert, but I should point out that personal taste may have played a big part. I had intended to report this at the cashier if asked how it went, but nothing happened. Too bad, never mind. I chose it to celebrate my birthday and had high expectations overall, but for now, I wouldn't recommend it. UPDATE: NO, the customer isn't always right. I've adjusted my "food" rating (from 1 to 2). In fact, the child's pasta was inedible (zero), the octopus was a 3, and the bland first course was a 2. A "2" rating is probably more likely. In any case, I don't think it's very elegant or polite to criticize using such terms. But reading your responses, even to other less-than-positive reviews, only presumption, sarcasm, annoyance, and arrogance emerge. You need to accept that perhaps something went wrong with some customers, instead of criticizing everything in a harsh tone as if it were unacceptable and out-of-touch reviews. I even thought about returning to change my mind, but it put me off. Good luck.

29/10/2025: Always in search for a good meal in every location I visit. PerBacco did not disappoint one bit. Located a bit off the main strip, this place still maintains a warm and cozy charm about it. The surprising highlight was the complimentary stater of olives fried in tomatoes. For appetisers, the grilled octopus is mandatory. Perfectly cooked, not chewy and the tips of the tentacles were lightly charred and crunchy. For mains, rely on the owner to recommend a seasonal dish as the menu is on rotation. For dessert, I had a seasonal dish of chestnut mousse and whipped ricotta with dark chocolate.

11/12/2025: Beautiful venue, excellent service, good food, and well-cooked dishes. The reinterpretation of traditional classics is noteworthy. I'd recommend a staircase with a handrail that allows access from the street above, and a little more detail on the individual dishes on the menu (not all of us are from Giarrossa or Luponio 😂). I'll definitely be back.

09/11/2025: I was recommended to go and eat at this small pizzeria and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised... here the courtesy and speed of the waitresses are the backdrop to this pizzeria, small but with attention to detail, to then indulge the palate in the pizza, the absolute Queen, full of excellent quality ingredients at more than fair prices... I will definitely be back!!!

14/12/2025: Very nice restaurant in the heart of Falconara. The food is excellent. Great for groups of friends. We had the pumpkin pipettes and crispy speck, which were excellent... And the gnocchi with sausage, pesto, and stracciatella... Everything was delicious...

03/12/2025: The ASD Santo Stefano Sport, Serie A wheelchair basketball team, was extremely pleased with the welcome, service, and warmth of the Marche region, as well as the friendliness of all the staff and friends at the Ai Pini restaurant in Sarnà. I highly recommend everyone stop by for a meal if you're passing through, and if you're not, be welcome! An unmissable experience. Maximum star rating: 20 stars overall! If I could, I'd have given more. A hug!

27/11/2025: Absolutely delicious. A perfect lunch. Portions were appropriate. Gnocchi was somehow light, even in a butter miso sauce. Fried tortellini antipasti was so unique. Best cheesecake we’ve had in Italy. Owners are so kind and very active. Lovely experience.

25/11/2025: Like finding the old S. Spirito neighborhood, like it was 25 years ago, back in rejuvenated form. Laid back, hospitable and with a great sense of irony and humour. It's the people, the ones cooking and serving as well as the ones dropping in for a talk and a bite, that breathe life into this precious corner spot. It's like the note taped to the wall says: please stay like this, don't forget! It's easy to almost forget mentioning the food and the wine, but yeah, those are great too. A treasure.

09/12/2025: A typical trattoria in the Marina district with a rustic atmosphere, where you'll be greeted immediately by friendly staff. Highly recommended, given the long-standing management. Excellent food, from the pasta with clams and bottarga to the mixed fried fish...all truly delicious. 100% recommended.
