Very kind staff, particular place in the Genoese alleyways, applause for the truly typical menu, everything to try!!! The large table in the company of the other diners is very convivial!

It was recommended to me and it turned out to be a great suggestion. Simple environment, plentiful and very good typical food, fast service! Excellent value for money, perfect trattoria!

For lunch on Sunday, it was a great discovery! Warm environment, fast and punctual service, excellent food, super generous portions! I took the artichoke Easter cake: delicate and delicious. Everyone liked the first ones, the second ones too. (my lean cappon was nice and good, light but tasty. I overdid it with a crème caramel, which was also appreciable. Conclusion: book in advance but go and try this trattoria which serves better dishes than many restaurants!!

Very good quality-price! Without a doubt where to try a good Genoese pesto! We tried the capporo lean (a salad of cod, octopus, beans) very delicious and different, the tomaxelle (veal fillet stuffed with veal) very very delicious and a real discovery and we couldn't miss the mandilli al pesto, pure flavor of basil and parmagiano… for dessert the house tiramisu… all €25/pp. Very attentive service, definitely a place where Italians go!

I had high expectations but I was disappointed. The food looks fresh but there was no smell to them, which was weird. Pesto I make at home (not that it is better) has more basil smell. There is definitely a lack of seasoning on the food. I had to add salt for more flavor but definitely needed other spices as well while cooking. Salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, [even mint maybe]. The veal was cooked fine but again lacked flavor and depth. It wasn’t a bad meal but not anything memorable. The prices are very reasonable.

Typical Ligurian trattoria in the heart of the historic center, superb pesto. Their menu varies little from time to time but it's all really good. VERY HONEST PRICES. Kind and quick person. They even gave me a discount. They are quality in bulk (I think the white is Gavi)

Beautiful trattoria with small tables and a U-shaped convivial table. You can eat classic Genoese cuisine. Reservation seems almost essential. I managed to get the last two places at the last minute for 12.30 by calling at 12 on Saturday. Fast preparation and delivery of dishes. All very good

Non ci sono mai sorprese quando vieni a mangiare qui : piatti genovesi preparati secondo le ricette tradizionali ,squisiti e abbondanti ..cortesia e simpatia dello staff..velocità nel servizio e location caratteristica ..questa volta abbiamo preso : lattughe ripiene,cappon magro(superlativo !!),cima e stoccafisso e per finire una buonissima panna cotta ..prezzo onesto ..unico neo :bisogna prenotare con largo anticipo

Per un attimo ho pensato di non essere a Genova, nessuno "mugugno", personale gentilissimo, un proprietario simpatico e cosa interessante un tavolo conviviale, dove è possibile cenare o pranzare insieme ad altre persone.
Il locale è piccolo, con antiche mura in pietra e soffitto a volta.
I piatti sono tipici genovesi, ottime le lattughe ripiene, i mandilli al pesto, il baccalà fritto ed il cappon magro buoni i crostini con crema di baccalà, ed ottimo il crème caramel.
Prezzi corretti, prenotazione quasi obbligatoria si effettuano due turni-
