15/07/2025: Nos encontramos con este por casualidad, un pequeño restaurante y un saludo amable por el propietario que pensamos que probaríamos. Hemos estado comiendo en algunos restaurantes muy buenos en este viaje en Sicilia y la Italia continental esta pequeña joya era rica allí. Cada plato que comimos era fresco y un 10. No podía faltar el servicio o lo bueno, recomiendo encarecidamente que vaya allí, si volvemos a Matera nos aseguraríamos de comer aquí de nuevo.

14/07/2025: The food was bland, badly seasoned and it tasted like it was heated in a microwave. The staff don’t speak English and don’t even try to understand you, they just keep talking over you in Italian. I can’t recommend this place to anyone that speaks English and wants to have a good time.

29/07/2025: On our way back from vacation, we stopped in Ortona and discovered this restaurant somewhat randomly via GPS, and it was exactly what we were looking for: a restaurant where you can feel like you're having Sunday lunch at grandma's house, where you sit down at the table and know you'll wake up full and, above all, enjoying a delicious meal. Gianluca's service is not for the faint of heart, nor for the snobbish. He's the star of the place, and with laughter, stories, and everything in between, he truly made us feel at home. Kudos especially to the ladies in the kitchen, because they're truly amazing. The appetizers, with tomatoes, have REAL flavor, and the roasted cheese is truly superb. But the highlight is the first course: handmade pasta, stratospheric tomato ravioli. A dish that seems "simple," but the combination of truly excellent handmade pasta with a real filling and a sauce made with real, locally sourced ingredients is the dish that impressed us the most. The chitarrina al ragù was delicious. For the second course, we had arrosticini, and I have to say that between Vasto, Termoli, and the center of Ortona, these are the best I've ever had; they literally melted in my mouth. NOT FOR THE FAKE OF HEART

15/07/2025: I found this place during our trip, and it's one of the absolute best places I've ever been! The food is delicious, homemade (they even make their own pasta). The lady who made us feel right at home. If our journey ever takes us anywhere near here again, we now know where to go.

07/07/2025: This little place is crazy, don't miss it! The lady who takes the orders is very kind, attentive and even makes you smile with a couple of jokes. The food is mouth-watering (compliments to the chef). The environment is colorful, with the paintings of sunflowers that create a pleasant and joyful atmosphere. As for parking, we found a place easily on the street, without paying.

10/07/2025: Anyone wanting to visit Hadrian's Villa can stay and dine here within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is appealing, and the value is good. The wine list is also quite well-stocked. We're only staying here for one night while passing through, and we're very happy with our choice.

17/07/2025: We were seated on the terrace for the restaurant portion of La Douia. The square is quiet, the waitresses are pleasant, and the menus offer delicious cuisine. We shared an aperitivo between two, then each had a secondi, which satisfied us perfectly. The prawns in hazelnut breadcrumbs were delicious. The pork cheek was very tender, but the presentation didn't exactly show it off to its best advantage. Price: around €50 for two. A great experience that I recommend. Next time, we'll try the simpler self-service section!

15/06/2025: Beh che dire, da anni frequentiamo la pizzeria di Alessia e Nicola, la strada non è poca (siamo di Verona) ma anche fosse più in là, partiremo ugualmente senza pensarci. I titolari e le ragazze sono fantastici, ma le pizze di Nicola..... Mamma mia !!!!! Leggere, digeribilissime, spesso e volentieri non ci fermiamo alla prima ma facciamo il bis ☺️ ingredienti eccellenti, provatela e poi smentitemi se ci riuscite. 🔝🔝🔝💯

25/04/2025: Siamo stati accompagnati da amici ed è stata una vera scoperta…se non fosse per la distanza ci tornerei subito! Locale carino ed accogliente, così come il personale gentile e disponibile. Pizza ben condita e cotta a puntino, ben gustosa e digeribilissima. Consigliato!

Cucina alla buona, così coe il servizio, ma accompagnato da tanta simpatia e disponibilità toscana, che riesce sempre a farti mangiar bene e ti mette di buon umore con poco. Pranzare in due con 20 e. seduti e coccolati potrebbe sembrare un miraggio ma qui è realtà.

20/06/2025: Paceco meriterebbe di essere visitata anche solo per provare il gelato e le granite di questa gelateria. Per non parlare delle brioche, che ripiene di gelato e panna sono una delizia a cui è impossibile rinunciare .

23/06/2025: Sono stata in questa trattoria qualche sera fa con alcuni amici.eravamo in 5 . Ho portato questi amici perché volevo assaporassero la pizza nonnetto.... Al nostro arrivo ci siamo accomodati e prima della famosissima nonnetto ci hanno portato una bottiglietta d'acqua e due birre tuborg . abbiamo preso un piattino con fritti[la signorina ha portato al nostro tavolo un piattino con 3 polpette di carne e il resto polpette di patate pur dicendoci che avrebbe portato fritti misti fiori di zucca in pastella ecc]. Arriva la famosa nonnetto con i bordi bruciati. Sono andata in cassa per pagare ....ho atteso in cassa che arrivasse la signorina per un pó... Arrivata la signorina senza fare il riepilogo degli ordini mi ha chiesto 80 euro rilasciando uno scontrino con il solo totale. Qualche giorno dopo ho inviato un SMS al proprietario chiedendo spiegazioni e allegando lo scontrino Non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta anche per comprendere il costo di ogni singolo ordine.
