The quality of the ingredients is evident in every dish: authentic flavors, generous portions, and impeccable presentation. The wine selection is truly remarkable, with refined labels and always spot-on recommendations from the staff, who proved to be professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to their customers. If you're looking for a restaurant in Milan, a quality wine bar in Piazza Risorgimento, or a place to enjoy excellent food paired with great wines, this place is definitely worth a visit. 14/05/2026: A restaurant in the Risorgimento area, easily accessible by public transport, but packed with taxis. I found it because it's listed in the Michelin Guide. An intimate restaurant with attention to detail. The menu is unique in that it follows the seasonality of the ingredients. However, as a vegetarian, I must say that thanks to the advice of the dining room staff and Chef Silvio Malfa, I was able to find dishes that were just right for me. I was impressed by the quality of the cuisine, which was truly the restaurant's strong point. You can sense the attention to detail in every dish, from the fresh ingredients to the meticulous preparation and presentation. Since it's a wine bar and I'm a wine enthusiast, I asked for advice on pairing the wines with the dishes, which were created based on my needs. Authentic flavors, never boring pairings, and a consistency that's hard to find these days. A place where you eat truly well and where you can feel the passion for cooking. I thank all the dining room staff, the kitchen staff, and even the owners; they made us feel at home. I'll definitely be back. When you love your work, you can't help but share it.
