Descubrimos este maravilloso establecimiento toscano hace muchos años, y a menudo almorzamos aquí cuando visitamos Florencia. El lugar tiene tanto carácter. Esta vez, lo disfrutamos tanto, que cenamos aquí en 6 de nuestros 7 días en Florencia. La comida, siempre deliciosa, está recién preparada con ingredientes de calidad. Nos encantan sus quesos y ensaladas y, por supuesto, el pan recién horneado y las galletas. Cada plato se presenta con cuidado y con estilo y es bueno ver al chef en el trabajo en condiciones higiénicas. La elección de la comida es muy buena. El ambiente es relajante y placentero, especialmente cuando se disfruta con una copa de su propio Chianti Classico Riserva. El servicio es perfecto, amable y atento personal, y usted puede tener la suerte de ser atendido por el encantador y sonriente Salvatore. ¡Qué más puedes querer! Volveremos.

02/01/2025: Ho fatto un titolo scherzoso perché onestamente sembrava che fosse il primo giorno di apertura del locale. Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto accomodare insieme ad un'altra coppia nello stesso tavolo (alla faccia dell'intimità) e dopo un minuto di imbarazzo e di disappunto abbiamo deciso di non rovinarci la serata però non lo trovo corretto, ero indeciso se andarmene; personale giovane, gentile ma completamente impreparato, non sapevano rispondere alle più elementari domande sul menù, sbagliavano le comande e non conoscevano neanche i numeri dei tavoli. Sinceramente da un ristorante di un hotel a quattro stelle mi aspetto un servizio adeguato, qua siamo lontanamente vicini alla base del servizio in sala e non sono una persona pretenziosa ma qua c'era tanta confusione e improvvisazione, spero che col tempo i giovani riescano ad imparare. La serata, comunque, è stata molto piacevole perché abbiamo cominciato a sorridere degli errori e poi, soprattutto, perché abbiamo mangiato molto bene: il foie gras tra i migliori mai mangiati, ottima anche la carne sia della tartare che del sottofiletto, così come la cottura del riso anche se il sapore del formaggio era troppo prevaricante rispetto alla zucca. C'è da apprezzare che in tutta questa confusione il caposala prova a sistemare tutto correndo da un tavolo all'altro. La cosa che mi ha lasciato piacevolmente sorpreso, oltre alla qualità della cucina, è stato il prezzo veramente basso, in un locale trovare primi piatti o antipasti ancora a 10 euro ormai è una rarità, dovrebbero usare tutti questa filosofia dei prezzi, complimenti per l'onestà.

09/02/2025: We stayed in this hotel on an organized trip, one night with dinner included. I must say it was a discovery! Delightful room with mezzanine, children's play area, bar service for aperitifs (very plentiful), very good typical dinner and course to teach us how to make pizzoccheri.

08/03/2025: Пожалуй, вкуснее чем в этом ресторане мы не ели нигде в мире. Потрясающе вкусно и элегантно! Замечательный шеф-повар, который лично приветствует гостей и рассказывает о своих блюдах и винах. Все, что мы попробовали в ресторане, было сделано руками персонала, включая хлеб и лимончелло. Рекомендую от всей души!

22/02/2025: In questo meraviglioso posto d’altri tempi ti senti a casa. La domenica il menu’ è fisso ma ti accompagnano in un percorso culinario alla riscoperta dei sapori di casa, della nonna. Il tutto è condito con la gentilezza dei proprietari che sono speciali. È situato in una zona in cui in questi ultimi tempi i terremoti sono frequenti, siamo capitati in una giornata in cui il terremoto è stato forte e non l’ho vissuto bene. La loro calma, il loro sedersi accanto a tavola per tranquillizzarmi, hanno fatto sì che io continuassi a mangiare. Posto super!!!! ❤️

An unusual informal location but absolutely in line with the welcome and warmth of a true traditional and "sincere" cuisine, trust me you will be amazed 😍 a surprising cuisine in the rediscovery of traditional flavors done at their best... an extraordinary chef "cook" with a personality that can be found in the dishes... a view that calms the heart and mind... trust me you will have a great time
