04/05/2025: Dinner and disappointment on the Sienese hills: it is not the title of a film but this evening's experience. The portions were small and it would have taken x3 to satisfy our appetite. The Florentine. beyond the beautiful presentation, it was absolutely tasteless: we tasted it and immediately pointed it out to the maitre d'. They took it off the bill but the disappointment remains for a restaurant that came with so many enthusiastic reviews. Having said this, we would have expected a little more empathy from the owner who instead struggled to greet us.

06/04/2025: Great location behind the cable car for the spinal cableway.. renovated hotel with a modern taste in warm tones and attention to detail. Helpful and kind staff.. excellent cleanliness of the rooms with a nice, very comfortable closed garage. Super breakfast to start a beautiful day on the right foot! One flaw in my opinion is the spa... small like the gym! Modern room even if with limited space especially the bathroom!

09/03/2025: Excellent hotel, just one minute from Spinale Gondola and 3 minutes to the city center. The room was very comfortable and service exceeded all the expectations.

22/03/2025: Farmhouse in the heart of the Sibillini in the Bisio district -Sarnano- we got there on foot along the path of the Lost Waterfalls, but you can also get there easily by car. The cuisine is home-made and enhances the typical flavors of the Marche, with dishes such as handmade pappardelle with wild boar sauce, grilled meat and desserts prepared according to traditional recipes. All very good. Kind staff and always ready to satisfy any need. Normal price. Positive experience.

15/04/2025: The place is very nice and the staff is very professional. I don't feel like giving 5 stars because you have to look at the prices first. The meat is definitely quality but for a Frisona, which is the second cheapest on the menu, you spend 90 euros per kg and so for two it will cost you almost 180 euros. The two of us ate a quality of meat that cost 115 euros per kg. Then we ordered a bottle of water, a coffee and a side of vegetables and we spent 205 euros. The cover charge costs 3 euros and the bottle of water also costs 3 euros while the coffee costs one euro. We were given a discount of 7 euros. For those who decide to visit this wonderful place I recommend taking a look at the menu because you risk finding some surprises

11/04/2025: Went there for 4 consecutive days. The grilled shrimps and pizza frutti di mare are excellent. You can walk in with ski boots as well

26/10/2024: I'm sorry dear Mr. Angelo, but this time it was a real disappointment... I have come several times during my holidays on Elba for 15 years now, on the evening of August 15th, 5 of us spent 330.00 euros for three VEGETABLE appetizers, two sliced ​​meats, a squid, two fish (them alone cost almost 140.00 euros...) a bottle of "cheaper" wine and four coffees... a real exaggeration, there are certainly locations much more suggestive, on the sea, with excellent cuisine and lower prices... it pains me to say it but it was my last time at Pilade. Good continuation.
