Everything was impeccable. The place is quaint and clean. The staff is always helpful and precise with their directions. And then the pizza, the true masterpiece: delicious, served in 10 minutes despite the place being packed!

Returning to La Fucagna is always a pleasure, and being welcomed like old friends is even more so. From the owners (the lovely and beautiful wife), to the giant and affable pizza chef, his assistants, and last but not least, the kind and polite table attendants. ❤️💯

There are two addresses on Google Maps, but there's only one pizzeria, and it's located on Via Mediterraneo at the intersection with Via Como. The place is very nice, and the food is good.

We came to this place based on the reviews on Google, and we weren't wrong at all. When we arrived, the table wasn't available, and the owner apologized for the wait by offering us a pizza and a beer (which was definitely appreciated and not a given). We chose four different pizzas so we could try a piece of everything. What can I say? Amazing is an understatement. The atmosphere is very intimate and quiet. There's very little seating, but it's really lovely. To finish, we had a homemade tiramisu and a hazelnut mousse. Everything was delicious. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. The quiet atmosphere and intimate feel, thanks to the soft lighting, almost feels like stepping into a cellar. The pizza is simple and rustic but very tasty, just like it used to be, without the 15cm-thick crust and without too many frills, even on the menu, which still offers a wide selection of red, white, and specialty pizzas. As for appetizers, they offer platters instead of the usual fried foods. The tiramisu to finish off the evening was also excellent. Overall, a wonderful evening.
