28/10/2025: After a while away, we dined at San Carlo again... every time they give us a great reason to return! We enjoyed the maltagliati with calamari and the ravioli al tucco, the leek flan and the Fassona tartare, and finally, we couldn't resist the fritters with raisins... a joy for the palate! Everything was always delicious and with great attention to detail... and I don't want to forget their comment on the bread, which makes you want to take some home! A not-to-be-missed detail: an impeccable bathroom; and if it's true that the bathroom's condition matches that of the kitchen, we're fine! One piece of advice: book!

05/11/2025: If it were possible, I'd give it six stars. The best. Everything was perfect and well-organized, from the kitchen to the dining room. The wait staff was attentive to detail and available even to the most demanding guests. MARIA GRAZIA is a must-see!

27/09/2025: A wonderful restaurant with amazing food and good, hardworking staff. A friend recommended this place and I have been previously for lunch, but their dinner was even better! I had their Neapolitan pizza - without cheese - only ragu and garlic and oil and it was delightful! I followed with the shrimp and arugula in a light cream sauce and I was truly impressed!! I had at least a one to one ratio of shrimp to pasta! Their Zuppa di Cozze is also pretty darned good!

11/11/2025: The restaurant is small, minimalist, but tidy and clean. Service is quick and accurate. Regarding the quality of the food, some items are excellent, others average, but the real winner here is the value for money. For two, we ordered two appetizers, a first course and a second course, water, and a bottle of excellent sparkling wine (their entry-level, but truly delicious). €57 for everything, including a cover charge that includes excellent homemade bread. We'll definitely be back to try the other items on the menu.

It was created for piadina, of course... but the burgers they make here are truly amazing! 💣🔥 A friend of mine from Gambettola and I often get them for takeout, and every time it's guaranteed to be a blast. We've tried several, and I'll tell you one thing: don't make any changes. Trust me. Each sandwich has been "tested" by the pig—just kidding, of course 😂—that is, the owner, who studied and balanced them to perfection. The result? Amazing burgers, a true delight! The quality is evident in everything: excellent ingredients, perfect combinations, flavorful meat, and perfect cooking. I also brought a dear friend from Cesena here, someone who really knows about grilled food and burgers... well, he was thrilled. So much so, that he's been back several times on his own because he loved them so much! A simple, sincere place, where the food is amazing and you can taste the passion of the people who work there. Keep it up guys: we love you! ❤️🔥

25/10/2025: A whole different class of pizza! We were absolutely thrilled! The pizza at Floris was definitely a completely different quality than what we're used to. We tried the Pizza dalla Casa and the Pizza Sarda, and both were unique and tasted fantastic. A must for every pizza lover! Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

12/10/2025: The absolute best place to eat grilled meat! A truly beautiful location just a 5-minute drive from Sirmione, the staff are incredibly friendly, the wine list is excellent, there's a wide selection of side dishes, and the meat is truly excellent! A must-try for grilled meat lovers!

12/10/2025: A surprise!!! A very, very nice and well-kept place. The kindness, hospitality, and speed always make the difference. 🤩 We opted for a PHENOMENAL BALTIC HOLSTEIN HEIFER.... DIVINE!!!!!! To finish, a little dessert because there's always room for dessert! 😊 SALTED CARAMEL CHEESECAKE Well, yes, a reference point for good meat.... I'll be back to try the rest. 🤩

14/11/2025: A special mention goes to the kindness, preparation, and professionalism of the entire staff, all young and truly talented. We enjoyed the stuffed zucchini flowers, the pisarei, and the typical batalàbar, tortelli con la coda. Considering the quality of the dishes and the service, the prices are more than fair. Highly recommended.

22/09/2025: A wonderful place to gaze at the lake and the mountains and enjoy delicious, freshly prepared, regional food. 😊 We also appreciated the very clear instructions when ordering, so every guest knows right away that there will be a pleasant, short wait – nicely bridged with various breadsticks. The couple who run the Holland restaurant are very nice, and the food is top-notch! Highly recommended.

27/08/2025: We had two excellent meals at Peter and Danielle's. Peter is a fantastic host, and his wife Danielle conjures up the most delicious dishes! While dining, you're treated to a beautiful view of Lake Idro. They don't have pizza, but we didn't miss it for a moment! It's a missed opportunity if you don't eat at Holland's 😉
