09/09/2025: Tested in hotel and restaurant: for both: good value for money (small but modern room, clean and well equipped) with a special mention for the cuisine: traditional Piedmontese cuisine deliciously prepared from starter to dessert. Thanks to the owner. This establishment was a very pleasant surprise! Note: the owners are bilingual French.

06/11/2025: Excellent experience and good food. The manager is always available to help with any requests or concerns. I honestly prefer the middle of the week when it's less crowded, but it never loses quality, so it's a matter of preference. The pappardelle with wild boar was truly top-notch, an excellent appetizer, and needless to say, a perfect porchetta. Prices are average, but you'll still leave satisfied. I highly recommend it.

24/10/2025: An unbelievable experience at this tiny restaurant with amazing dishes the food quality was outstanding. Homemade pasta with incredible flavors only fresh ingredients.
The local meats cooked perfectly with special seasonings. It’s was so good went back again. Met the owner’s who happens to be the chef and his wife who serves and hosts customers.
The local wine is great paired perfectly with my meal.

04/11/2025: What can I say? For us (we're from Belgium but were born in Novara), lunch here was a nostalgic experience! The paniscia was excellent (and a second helping was lovely), the stew and escalope were incredibly tender. Remarkable value for money!
Every time we return to Novara, it will be a regular stop. Thank you so much.
31/10/2025: I'm thrilled to return to a place where I've already eaten, bringing other people along as well... we asked for a bottle of wine and another one arrived, we ate "overcooked" paniscia, the service was extremely slow, and the manager was annoyed, complaining to some friends at the bar because he thought we'd run out, and instead we ordered coffee, which arrived cold!!

06/10/2025: Excellent Roman food. We arrived very late at night, and even though the kitchen was already closed, we were served an excellent platter of appetizers. We visited this place several times and were always satisfied. The oxtail is sensational—a must-try.

We ate at this restaurant, just 10 minutes from the Vatican Museums, and were incredibly satisfied. We ordered bombette, bruschetta, gricia, and tripe, and we loved everything. The waitress was incredibly kind and friendly. The prices were excellent and fully reflect the quality of the dishes!

I would have preferred the fillet not to be pre-cut but whole. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
13/10/2025: In the back of a village with beautiful views. We stumbled upon it by chance thanks to friends who were staying nearby. We had a delicious meal and enjoyed the wine. Making a reservation was a good decision; it was packed.
