I'm writing this review for the restaurant only, as this business also includes a B&B, though I didn't use those services. The restaurant is small but comfortable and charming, with a modern style that blends well into an old building. The menu is simple, with limited options, but all the dishes were excellent, from the appetizers to the truly exceptional meat course, not to mention the homemade pasta entree: well-balanced flavors and quality ingredients. The service was very courteous, if a bit slow (only one waitress for about ten tables). We were a little bothered by the air conditioning, but it wasn't excessive. The bathroom door locking system could be improved, especially the toilet, which is right next to it, as it doesn't prevent unwanted opening, resulting in an unpleasant sight. These are small details that don't detract from an absolutely satisfying experience, and I'll take the liberty of improving what little remains. The price is average and definitely worth the quality of the food.

We decided to book a dinner at this restaurant based on the many reviews. It's located in the historic center of Squille, within walking distance, and has ample parking nearby. From the outside, the place is cute, and the interior is also well-maintained. It's small, though, and there's not much seating. The young woman who served us was very friendly. We enjoyed our meal; the cured meats for our appetizer were good quality. The meat was also good. It's not cheap, but it's worth the price for the quality of the ingredients served!

The cured meats and cheeses were exceptional: fresh, excellent quality. The first course, a busiata with creamed peppers and sausage, was divine with perfectly balanced flavors. The Australian picanha was incredibly tender, and the baked potatoes were perfectly crispy. The tiramisu, prepared by Mosy, the owner, was sublime. Professionalism, expertise, and kindness are the hallmarks of this little restaurant in the village of Squille, which is truly worth a visit.
