26/10/2025: Recommended to me by a neighbor at another restaurant, it is confirmed to be the best caciucco I've had in Livorno. The surprise is the garlic-scraped croutons not next to the plate but underneath all the delicious fish and sauce. The cod is also excellent. The owner is friendly, the service good, and the price is overall reasonable.

02/10/2025: Had a great dinner last night. The fish appetizers and main courses were excellent. The staff were friendly and the prices were fair. Recommended.

15/11/2025: I tried the eggplant millefeuille because I'd read some positive reviews, and I agree it was delicious. The pinsa was very good.

08/09/2025: I frequent this restaurant and pizzeria for business lunches, as my office is nearby. Excellent pizza made with quality ingredients and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The first courses are plentiful, and the sandwiches are also good and reasonably priced. Occasionally, it gets a bit chaotic and disorganized, but that's understandable given that it's packed at lunchtime.

09/10/2025: If you’re by vatican city and looking for a lunch/dinner spot. I definitely recommend stopping here! Food was great, service was super friendly. We went here just based off the reviews and it didn’t disappoint:)

15/10/2025: Fabulous place. Stylish, great indoor and outdoor seating, excellent wine and food but best of all was Claudio who is surely the greatest restaurateur in the world. He remembers everyone and gives the best advice on wine. If you are staying anywhere near Metro Basilica San Paolo in Ostiense, then come here.

12/10/2025: At Osteria Andreoli, I had a simply perfect carbonara, creamy and traditional like few others. The fillet steak with porcini mushrooms was a refined dish, with incredibly tender meat and a Barolo reduction that brought out all the flavor. Friendly service and an authentic atmosphere: an excellent experience that I highly recommend and will repeat soon.

22/11/2025: I went for a show. It's a family-friendly theater, so the performers interact with the audience, which is very welcome. The bar and outdoor space are lovely. I'll be back again for other occasions.

20/11/2025: We dined at the restaurant for an event. The food was good and the service was attentive. The philosophy behind the place (supporting young people) made the experience even more rewarding.

04/11/2025: This is a legendary restaurant. I visited alone for lunch in early October. It's a bit far from the tourist areas and quite pricey, but if you have the time, it's a seafood restaurant worth visiting. The staff were also very friendly. To cut to the chase, it was absolutely delicious. Even the bread served before the meal was impressive. It's not easy to find good bread in Italy, but this place is different. They said both the bread and butter are handmade. My order was Crudo di ombrina, mandorle, menta e tourlo d'uovo marinato and Gnocchi di patate e basilico con scampi e bottarga fatta in casa. The Ombrina fish carpaccio had a wonderfully fatty flavor. The diced fish underneath created a fun contrast in texture, while the mint, refreshing lemon juice, olive oil, and nutty almond powder perfectly balanced the flavors. The yellow powder on top is pickled egg yolk, and its umami is incredibly intense, enhancing the overall flavor of the dish. The scampi, potato, and basil gnocchi was the best I've ever had, even though I'm not usually a fan of gnocchi. The texture was soft and chewy, and the scampi was perfectly cooked and richly flavored. The homemade bottarga was especially impressive, perfectly balancing the umami and seasoning.

12/11/2025: We went in yesterday by mistake, as we were looking for G. Cova to buy a panettone, and... what a wonderful mistake! We had a delicious coffee and hot chocolate, which we paired with an exquisite chocolate. Of course, we bought a panettone, which was the reason for our visit. We tried it today, and it's excellent. I see everyone recommends their ice cream, but the panettone is a ten out of ten. Congratulations!

07/11/2025: I must say I had a wonderful meal in a very nice and welcoming place. The steak with gorgonzola was spectacular, the fried fish was light, and I also tried a slice of truly excellent pizza. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Top marks.

05/11/2025: Once again, La Cantinaccia didn't disappoint! This time I ordered takeout, and I have to say the quality is the same as when you eat in: well-prepared dishes, generous portions, and everything arrived hot and perfect. You can feel the passion and consistency in maintaining the high standard, even outside the restaurant. Kudos, as always, to Sebastiano, who proves himself to be a true host even from afar! 👏🍷

15/11/2025: We had dinner one evening. I had a mixed fried fish dish, and I have to say it was very good, though perhaps a small portion. Then we had the scallops with porcini mushrooms, which were also excellent, and reasonably priced. We had a great time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
