23/11/2025: The atmosphere was pleasant right from the start. The place was delicious and very clean. We ate a selection of well-recommended meats. Based on your choice, they bring the pieces of meat to your table before cooking, along with the weight and price (so there's no misunderstanding). We ate very well and spent the right amount based on our choices. I recommend it and will definitely be back. 👍

06/10/2025: A really wonderful meal. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was inviting with its mural of vegetables and wall of daily specials and wines. The daily pasta was exceptional where we savored every bite and didn't want it to end. Both mains were delicious and unique. This was by far the most vegetables we have seen on a menu in Italy and it was all so delicious. The chocolate mousse made with carrot was so rich, smooth, and decadent, very surprising it was vegan. We recommend this to anyone and would love to come back some day.

06/06/2025: The perfect pizza experience in Rome! Both the dough and the pizzas are delicious. Our favorite was the onion pizza, I definitely recommend you try it if you are in Rome and nearby.

16/11/2025: The food is very good, but since it was very crowded (but it was a peak time, so it's understandable that it might not be so at other times), I suffered a bit from the noisy children. In any case, highly recommended.

13/11/2025: A recently furnished, well-kept restaurant with a veranda overlooking the valley. The restrooms are elegant and functional, although I advise the owners to keep all the dispensers stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. The appetizer platter is for two people, featuring excellent cured meats, such as San Daniele prosciutto. The meat, potatoes, and fried mushrooms are excellent, as is the house wine. For dessert, try the chestnut and mushroom pudding. It's a unique dessert that you either love or hate; there's no middle ground. The price is fair; €35 is now the minimum. I highly recommend it.

30/09/2025: We got married with a symbolic ceremony on 09/28/25 and we must first thank the owners of the restaurant because they looked after us in everything they made our day unique and unforgettable, delicious food and also the impeccable sabre-cutting.... what can I say, the room was set up to perfection, everything as we wanted, we must also thank the waiters who were very kind and attentive and always ready to answer every request, I thank everyone for their kindness, all truly wonderful people, I highly recommend this restaurant both for birthdays and weddings for everything because they are truly excellent

03/10/2025: When we finally arrived at the hotel after a long drive, we were warmly welcomed by Bruno and Mara. During check-in, we were offered espresso and then went straight to our rooms, all of which were very cozily furnished. The beach is also just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. Bruno was always available to answer any questions we had. We'll definitely be back :)

02/11/2025: Typical restaurant serving Livorno cuisine. Nothing to criticize about the food, which is truly good. However, one thing to note is the table set like a pizzeria, with paper placemats and napkins. The restaurant prices are above average, and the downside is that there is no POS.

10/11/2025: I've been to Trattoria Sabatino three times and have loved it every time. Even though you have to wait in line (I recommend arriving before opening), it's absolutely worth it: the quality and quantity of the food are excellent. It's true home cooking, like grandma used to make; typical Tuscan dishes, authentic and full of flavor. The prices are incredible, especially for Florence. You share tables with other people, which makes the experience even more pleasant and convivial. The staff is friendly and relaxed, despite the large influx of customers. A true gem in Florence!

09/11/2025: What can I say... One of the last remaining trattorias of the past, simple but well-cooked dishes. The menu changes daily based on the season, such as the excellent pumpkin ravioli, plus a few set dishes like the truly delicious pork loin. You don't have to book and you have to wait in line, but that's fine; it's all part of the experience. The prices are truly reasonable for the quality offered. Never change Sabatino!
