Candlelit dinner with my sweetheart. Beatrice welcomed us, served us, and pampered us throughout the dinner in an excellent manner. We'll definitely be back.

We had dinner at the restaurant tonight. The menu was well-stocked and the food was delicious, carefully prepared. Excellent service. We were fortunate to have a waitress who really took care of us. She was kind and professional, something you wouldn't expect. It's a shame we don't know her name (our table was number 36). Thank you, because we celebrated Father's Day in a truly beautiful place. A 2-night stay at this 4-star hotel outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) at the end of January. It's a pleasant 20–30 minute walk from the center of Livigno. Excellent customer service via email: prompt, friendly, and very helpful (even with our dog and a late arrival). Comfortable and well-connected common areas (reception, restaurant, and spa directly from the corridors). Unfortunately, the standard room isn't up to par with a 4-star hotel: very small, poorly insulated from the cold, and virtually nonexistent soundproofing (you can hear everything, from the corridor to neighboring rooms. I didn't get any sleep at all, and there was always someone banging in the morning. Forget about sleeping or bring earplugs). The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the pillows were awful, too soft and deformed. The shower was uncomfortable, with a step and a damaged shower tray. The TV was very small and had few working channels. There's a kettle, but only one type of tea. (At least a chamomile tea, a green tea, and a lemon, for example.) The restaurant is a very positive note: beautiful setting, young and very kind staff, dog-friendly, and exceptional food (the best we've had in Livigno). Even off-menu items, impeccable service. Convenient parking in front of the hotel. Overall, a good hotel, but the rooms and nighttime comfort need improvement.

I loved this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and had duvets that made you want to stay all day. The restaurant for dinner was also excellent: a pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. Definitely an experience to repeat.

The workers are really funny and cute and the waiters serve the food really fast while the food is very good made by the cook and I recommend this hotel so so much because you can have a very nice time in here!
