07/01/2025: Trovato per caso, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare due posti liberi. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, il servizio impeccabile. Ci è stata offerta una crocchetta di pesce indimenticabile. Non è certamente un posto economico ma come noto, la qualità si paga! Speriamo di avere occasione di ritornare.

29/03/2025: Il ristorante è in alto sulla collina, ci hanno dato un tavolo vicino alla ampia finestra ed il panorama della sera era davvero incantevole. Cena a base di pesce, antipasto ed una grossa orata al forno. Deliziosa. Vino buono e servizio al tavolo fatto bene. Una piacevole sorpresa x noi: carta dolci anche senza lattosio e senza glutine. Prezzo giusto, che altro desiderare?

10/04/2025: Ritorno positivo sotto tutti i punti di vista proprio come ricordavo. Credo abbia avuto dei riconoscimenti per la carne che in effetti ho sempre trovato ottima ma, questa volta, ho voluto provare il baccalà alla livornese: spettacolare, si scioglieva in bocca, cucinato benissimo. Il pane leggermente caldo di accompagnamento è uno di quei dettagli che fa la differenza. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo grazie agli sconti di The Fork.

06/04/2025: Pequeño restaurante encantador muy cerca de la estación de tren y hoteles cercanos. Excelente comida y servicio. Auténtica cocina regional. Excelentes platos de pasta y mariscos. No demasiado ocupado un domingo por la noche en abril, pero popular entre los lugareños. ¡Cada plato que eligió nuestra familia fue delicioso!

02/03/2025: Uno di quei localini italiani che dovrebbero essere protetti dall' UNESCO. Vino + taglieri di qualità...il riassunto perfetto di uno spuntino tricolore. Visitato per un aperitivo che si è tramutato in cena perché i taglieri sono sfiziosi vari e completi: provate un po' di tutto perché i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli. Anche la carta dei vini è notevole...il ciliegiolo meno caro che hanno è già un ottimo punto di partenza.

17/04/2025: Numa's is an unassuming little place that surprisingly makes delicious dishes in their quaint space! Our group of six loved starting off there each morning and often ending up there later in the evening! Fantastic owners who have great passion!

02/04/2025: I stayed last Saturday, one night full board and I immediately had an excellent impression of the welcome. Already by telephone Mrs Maria and Sara were very kind and descriptive about my requests. Excellent meals with a wide choice, welcoming, clean restaurant and friendliness of all the staff, including the bedroom assigned to me, very clean, warm. An excellent starting point for excursions, especially to Pian Benot, where I spent the afternoon under a scorching sun near the still snow-covered ski slopes. It will be a good point of reference even just for a lunch or dinner, to be recommended. Thank you, thank you.

08/04/2025: Vi e’ mai capitato di sentire come vi illustra il menu’ Sergio ? Mangiereste tutto, credetemi. Vi sentirete subito a vostro agio avvolti dalla sua empatia. Prima di tutto, Sergio è una persona laboriosa, onesta, incredibilmente gentile ed empatica che ama il suo lavoro. Le sue conoscenze professionali risalgono a molti anni fa. Ogni volta che vengo, trovo sempre delle novita’ sul menu’. L’enoteca ha una buona scelta di etichette. Personale sempre all’altezza del locale, vorrei esprimere il mio ringraziamento speciale a Lorenzo, che ci ha sempre accolto con il suo sorriso e la sua calorosa amicizia. Dovete andare assolutamente quando siete a Ferrara. PS: una cosa da non sottovalutare, ha un comodissimo parcheggio davanti all’enoteca.

29/03/2025: Desde el momento en que intervinimos, estaba claro que estábamos en algo extraordinario. Optando por el menú degustación con maridaje de vinos, nos embarcamos en un viaje donde cada plato superaba al último: una sinfonía de sabores, texturas y creatividad que nos dejó asombrados. Cada placa era una obra de arte, elaborada con una atención impecable al detalle que rozaba la perfección. Desde el delicado equilibrio de ingredientes hasta la presentación impecable, era evidente que cada elemento estaba meticulosamente pensado. La progresión de los sabores se sintió sin esfuerzo, pero compleja, con cada bocado revelando algo nuevo y emocionante. El maridaje de vinos elevó la experiencia, con cada copa elegida por expertos para complementar y mejorar los platos. No fue solo una comida, fue una experiencia donde la comida, el vino y el ambiente funcionaron en perfecta armonía. El servicio fue nada menos que impecable. El personal era cálido, atento y profundamente informado, logrando ese equilibrio ideal entre profesionalidad y hospitalidad genuina. Todas las necesidades se anticiparon, sin embargo, el servicio nunca se sintió intrusivo. Comer aquí no es solo comer, sino sumergirse en el arte culinario. Es el tipo de experiencia que permanece contigo mucho después del último curso. Sin duda, una de las mejores comidas que hemos tenido!

26/03/2025: Ho riflettuto un po’ se scrivere questa recensione, perché mi spiace criticare il lavoro altrui ma alla fine penso che un ristorante stellato debba rispettare degli standard che qua non ci sono. I tavoli sono davvero troppo vicini per cui sembra di cenare con altre persone (e nel nostro caso un po’ troppo chiassose). Il servizio è buono ma non accogliente e un po’ scontroso. Alcuni piatti ottimi, ma altri troppi salati o non ben amalgamati. Ma la nota peggiore è stata trovare un capello nel piatto e che nessuno si sia sconvolto. Penso che lo chef sarebbe dovuto uscire a scusarsi perché in un ristorante stellato non possono accadere certe cose.

18/04/2025: We went twice during the trip because of how good the food and experience was, the best were the cacio e pepe, lasagna and risotto, everything delicious, definitely worth it!!
