Cortenova In Grumo nevano

We visited this pizzeria on Sunday evening and had a perfect experience. The dough is incredibly light, well-aired, and highly digestible, a sign of impeccable leavening. The ingredients used for the toppings are fresh and of the highest quality. Special mention goes to the fried foods served at the start, which were hot and not at all greasy. The staff was extremely courteous, and the service was prompt despite the restaurant being quite busy. Excellent value for money. Definitely worth a try.

Light dough, elegant location, and friendly staff. The Margherita pizza and appetizer frittatas were quite small, however. We ordered different flavors, but they tasted practically the same. The cover charge was a bit high. Otherwise, a good experience.

A very spacious, quaint, and well-maintained setting. The cuisine and pizzeria are excellent, open to new tastes, even beyond traditional ones. The "summer garden" offers comfort and a family atmosphere. The staff is attentive and prompt. Recommended for events and for enjoying good food with colleagues or family. Kudos to the management who runs and maintains this beautiful and sophisticated establishment in the heart of the city.

I've been there several times, often finding a table, often not...sometimes they'll even disconnect the reservations line because they don't have enough seats inside, and they'll suggest the garden even if it's windy or rainy, which is to say, a pointless request for the customer. Decent food for the prices, quiet atmosphere, friendly wait staff. The only thing I'd eliminate from the context is the "clerk," a guy who asks for availability as soon as you enter the pizzeria. AN ARROGANT, UNPRECEDENTED MAN. It's not the first time he's snapped at me when there's no room and he gets into trouble. It must be one of the owners or partners, otherwise he can't explain himself. He'd be better off changing jobs.

Excellent location in Frattamaggiore near the station, with street parking. We dined in the garden, but the entire place is very well-kept. The pizzas are average, as are the classic fried pizzas. The log is excellent. It's best to book, especially on weekends.

A lovely place that doubles as a pizzeria and restaurant. In addition to a large dining room, it also has a lovely garden where you can eat in good weather. Both the pizza and restaurant menus are impressive. We all ordered pizzas, which were all excellent, both for the quality of the ingredients and the very digestible dough. Excellent value for money. The only downside is the loud noise in the dining room; it's best not to go on a Saturday. We'll definitely be back.

The pasta and Genoese frittatina are truly excellent and flavorful. The pizza is a downside: the dough is melt-in-your-mouth, but the overly salty ingredients tire the palate over time and ruin the experience. Highly recommended for the cuisine, but not for the balance of salt on the pizza.

I've been to the Cortenova restaurant and had a great time. The owners are polite and welcoming, the waiters are also friendly, and the service is excellent. The food is truly delicious, and the atmosphere is beautiful and pleasant. Highly recommended!
