The food is absolutely fantastic and truly superb down to the smallest detail. The restaurant is the best I've had the pleasure of enjoying on my trip through Italy this year. This restaurant is a dream for every gourmet and Italy lover.

The chalkboard menu suggests home-cooked cuisine with fresh, interchangeable ingredients, and expectations are fully met. Excellent value for money. The best dinner I've had in Taviano.

Every corner reflected the refinement and originality we desired for our special day. We had no doubts about the quality and deliciousness of the cuisine, of which we are already loyal customers. The simple dishes, prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients, were a celebration of flavor, presented with a sophistication that amazed everyone. We felt pampered, just like our 14 guests. "Trattoria la Baracca" accommodated every wish, even magnificently accommodating our vegetarian and vegan guests. It was a day where everything was perfect, a memory we will always cherish. Thank you for turning our wedding reception into a true love story!

09/11/2025: We chose Le Tre Fonti for our wedding. It's a wonderful venue, I fell in love from the first moment I saw it, even though it was the middle of winter. Silvia and Luca are two fantastic people, excellent professionals who put all their care and love into their work, with excellent results! Their cuisine, based on local products and original pairings, was exactly what we were looking for, as we didn't want a menu that was too traditional or too sophisticated. They also took great care and attention to each guest's special menus, and everyone was very satisfied. The cake Silvia prepared was beautiful, elegant, exactly how I dreamed it would be, and delicious, just the right amount of sweetness, appreciated even by those who don't usually like cream cakes. And lastly, the location enchanted everyone with its romantic atmosphere and centuries-old olive trees. In conclusion, we couldn't be more satisfied!

08/12/2025: I tried the linguine with red mullet and avocado cream, and I have to say I was truly impressed. The red mullet is delicate and pairs beautifully with the linguine. The avocado cream is soft and fresh, tying everything together perfectly without overpowering the other flavors. The presentation is also meticulous, making the dish even more inviting. It's definitely worth a try. Elegant setting, excellent service.
