01/03/2025: Esta tienda de bocadillos es una visita obligada - comer en Torino. El personal es muy amable y servicial, explicando las cosas en italiano o inglés dependiendo de su preferencia. Tienen alrededor de cinco sándwiches sugeridos en su menú, pero la idea principal es elegir el suyo. En primer lugar, usted elige su pan, que dicta el precio de su sándwich de 8 € a 9 €. 50 cada uno. (Usted puede pagar € 2 para una gran actualización). Luego tienes opciones de carnes, quesos, verduras y salsas. Recomiendo tomar una carne y un queso, luego las verduras/salsas que desee. Pero técnicamente puedes tener cualquier combinación. Todas las combinaciones que tuve fueron deliciosas y llenas, pero la recomendación principal es definitivamente el pan de La Baresina. Además, prueba la salsa de atún tradicional, funciona. Sin duda volvería si volviera a Torino.

I wanted a good pizza before returning to Milan, so after a few failed attempts (not everyone makes pizza during the week), I did a search on Google. Among those positively reviewed, this place stood out to me. 4 takeaway pizzas. We took 2 daisies, 1 ham and porcini mushrooms and a white potato, sausage and porcini mushrooms. Four pizzas for 4 super satisfied people! The dough is light and the ingredients are fresh and top quality! Great! I'll be back

06/01/2025: Piacevolissima serata............in attesa di passare a prendere nostra figlia impegnata ad un compleanno. Che dire, visto gli impegni genitoriali con mia moglie abbiamo deciso di fermarci in questo locale al centro di Torchiara, ed abbiamo fatto bene........ci siamo trovati BENISSIMO! Personale di sala giovane e super attento alle richieste del cliente. Noi abbiamo preso qualche sfizio in attesa del panino e del panuozzo, tutto ottimo! Ambiente curato, ma che visto lo spazio esterno, credo che il meglio della struttura potrà essere apprezzato nelle serate estive. Complimenti al pizzaiolo, ragazzo molto attento alla pulizia della propria attrezzatura da lavoro, nonché ai dettagli dei prodotti da lui preparati. Abbiamo visto passare per altri clienti primi e secondi piatti che meritavano di essere assaggiati, ma con tutto quello che si mangia durante le festività natalizie, abbiamo preferito rimandare ad altra occasione l'incontro. Di sicuro torneremo vostri ospiti !

We have Called to book a table for 10 specifying that there were 3 of us who were vegetarians and we were told that there would be no problem. Arriving at the restaurant we surprisingly discovered that for the carnival they have a fixed menu of €33 meat and €35 ​​fish, something that had not been specified on the telephone. When, upon our request, we point out that there are vegetarians, they tell us not to worry that they have prepared a menu especially for us too. I'll summarize the menu: 1 plate of vegetables (chicory, peppers, 1 artichoke, green olives, radicchio). The other diners were served an Italian-style appetizer rich in cured meats, cheeses and bruschetta. For us vegetarians, a side dish of vegetables. When I asked to have some cheese too, they brought us a mozzarella and a thin slice of cheese. 1 tagliatelle with mushrooms 1 second course with artichoke (small) and a few baked potatoes. Our guests ate pork loin with potatoes. 1 tray with donuts and cantucci to share among diners The vegetarian menu was priced at €32 having in fact eaten a first course And some side dishes. Furthermore, the presence of 3 vegetarians was also expressly noted. If in 2025 you still think of the word "vegetarians" as a simple dish of vegetables that you charge dearly for, imposing a fixed "surprise" menu, you are light years away from real catering. It would really have been enough to serve an appetizer with mixed bruschetta and cheeses together with vegetables and as a main course a parmigiana/an omelette/a grilled scamorza but it is not possible to serve only vegetables at these prices. It makes me think that you want to make money by making fun of people. Personally, I never set foot there again.

Lovely atmosphere and huge variety of combinations to try. We went for the traditional meal with lambrusco but now we have to fly in again to try their beers and the two dozen other combinations we did not try!!

This restaurant, although offering a menu with just a few fish dishes, stands out for the quality and exceptional taste of each course. The first courses are of the day, but the fixed dish is always the Genovese, the carbonara and the pasta and potatoes with provola...all excellently cooked. The second courses are all meat-based, grilled to perfection. The room is tastefully furnished. Friendly waiters with great service.
