I happened to stop by with my family on my way back from Croatia. I have to say we ate some good fish at a fair price. Coming from someone who isn't particularly fond of fish, that's saying a lot.

After years, I finally found a place in this paradise...quality ingredients cooked impeccably. Wide selection of wines. Friendly staff. I can't wait to go back.

A couple of friends took me there because they'd heard good things about it. From now on, I'll be one of those who'll happily spread the word because I ate so, so well, and it was wonderful (even the spring weather helped). The spaghetti with clams was among the best I've ever had. Fresh fish!! Well cooked... appetizers, first courses, and second courses... everything we ordered truly delighted our palates. The pairings were well recommended (a delicious Istrian Malvasia). The price was fair... you pay for the quality. The best thing, however, is the sense of calm, expertise, and serenity the host manages to convey.

We had a family lunch while passing through this trattoria near Ronchi dei Legionari. It was an informal, simple, well-maintained, welcoming, and clean restaurant. Despite being packed, the service was excellent: organized, attentive, and professional. The menu features several interesting and well-structured seafood dishes. The dishes were excellent, carefully crafted, both in quantity and quality, with a cuisine that focuses on substance. The cod was excellent, and the sbrisolona version was among the top three restaurant desserts I've ever had. Overall, a very positive experience, ideal for a pleasant family stop, even during a road trip.
