03/05/2026: A very charming, rustic-style restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the most important part—the food—didn't live up to expectations. The mixed antipasto was very impressive, but the portions were truly minimal: more of a visual "wow" than a true sharing dish. The meat was good, and the pasta was well-made, but it didn't quite make up for the rest. The baked potatoes were overcooked, dry, and had a bitter, burnt flavor, making them unpleasant. Overall, the experience left the impression of a restaurant that focuses more on image than substance, with the final bill definitely not justified for what was offered. It's a shame, because with more appropriate portions and greater attention to detail in the kitchen, it could be a truly excellent place.

15/04/2026: I dined at Tavernetta Colauri and had a truly excellent experience. Carefully prepared dishes, top-quality ingredients, and simply spectacular meat. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service attentive: definitely a place to return to!
