02/11/2025: Mrs. Cinzia and her family hosted us at their property in the Varaita Valley. We immediately felt the warmth of home, kindness, and sweetness. The room was comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was superb, with delicious homemade desserts. For lunch, she delighted us with local products and traditional Piedmontese dishes prepared by her. We were truly delighted.

17/09/2025: We spent one night in this wonderful property. The room was clean and very spacious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Mrs. Cinzia was truly kind! We had dinner on the property, featuring excellent local food. Both dinner and breakfast were highly praised by us adults and our daughter! We will definitely be back!

22/11/2025: We've eaten here twice. The portions are generous and the pasta is delicious, perfectly cooked al dente. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the QR code speeds things up in the kitchen. A great choice.

21/11/2025: I went there tonight with a friend of mine. We had the VEGETA pasta and a homemade one with walnuts. The VEGETA pasta wasn't good, the tomato sauce tasted like the one you just opened Barilla, and the vegetables weren't cooked or seasoned properly... Basically, everything just wasn't well-combined. The service, however, was impeccable, and they even waited on us until 10 minutes after closing time!

03/12/2025: At Tubo, there's nothing but culinary delights. To say the food is excellent is an understatement. Everything is amazing, from the food to the staff. The owner, Annamaria, is a true manager who knows how to deftly manage everything, managing to please every customer. Overall, the entire staff is excellent: Fortunato, Rossella, Angelo, Luca, and others, all very skilled and kind. In short, Tubo makes all the difference... try it and believe it!

23/11/2025: Trattoria "il Tubo" – Review Entering here is like taking a journey straight to the typical trattorias of Catania: a warm atmosphere, authentic Sicilian staff, and authentic, home-style flavors, unfussy but full of character. The meat tastes like the classic steak your grandmother used to cook, the sauces are rich and authentic… something that puts you back on track 😍 The place is packed (and that's no coincidence), generous portions, and impressive flavors. 📌 Note on the service: good intentions, but a bit confusing: the first course is served without forks, the water without glasses, and a few details that need to be reworked. After all, it's not the guy's fault if he has to do everything himself. But in the end, given the quality and the final bill… it all makes up for it 👍 💶 Total spent: €33 for two (3 slices of meat, a first course, spaghetti with clams, water, salad) Prices from another era. 🔚 Conclusion: absolutely worth a try. The food here is authentic.

I have rarely found such a perfect balance between quality ingredients, masterful preparation, and a warm welcome. From the moment we sat down, there was an air of authenticity and care. The service was impeccable, attentive yet discreet, contributing to the extremely pleasant atmosphere. The evening began with the appetizer, a selection of fresh and authentic flavors that perfectly whetted the appetite. Every element, from the cured meats to the cheeses, was of the highest quality, a true triumph of local products. Then came the first course, a dish that left me speechless. The pasta was cooked to perfection, al dente as it should be, and the sauce was rich and enveloping, demonstrating a refined culinary technique. It was all delicious, a taste of pure tradition elevated to an art. ​The second course met, if not exceeded, expectations. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, masterfully cooked, and accompanied by a fresh, crispy side dish. A robust yet elegant dish that perfectly rounded off the main course. ​And what about the wine? The selection was excellent. We opted for a local red recommended by the sommelier, whose bouquet paired perfectly with each course. 16/11/2025: Perfect for a business lunch. Quick, affordable, and above all delicious! If you have time and a little more budget, the à la carte restaurant is exceptional. I recommend the seasonal options... asparagus, radicchio, porcini mushrooms 🔝

07/12/2025: Excellent restaurant near the center. We had a really good meal and I highly recommend it. Prices are reasonable. We ordered the full menu and it was very filling, sampling a variety of dishes. It cost about €25-30 per person.

22/08/2025: A place surrounded by greenery. Just a few kilometers from the stunning Torre Astura sea. Very welcoming rooms, with a modern and innovative design. All the necessary comforts are present, without being pretentious, of course, considering it's a B&B. We stayed in the Green Suite. In my opinion, every detail was meticulously designed and beautifully appointed. The cleanliness is nothing short of astonishing. The perfect location to unwind and find some peace and relaxation. The owners are helpful and friendly. I recommend this experience to everyone.

06/12/2025: I took my wife out for dinner to celebrate her birthday. We found the place warm and welcoming, elegant but not ostentatious. The staff is competent and friendly, attentive but never intrusive. The food was high-quality and very well-cooked, with some dishes truly superb. The wine list isn't extensive, but it has everything you need to pair the dishes beautifully. The price was reasonable, commensurate with its caliber. Highly recommended; I'll definitely be back.

27/11/2025: Our family came to Italy in August to visit our son and during our two week vacation from Rome to Sicily we ate out every meal. Tito’s was by far our favorite! The building, atmosphere, staff, Owner and THE FOOD all of it was 5 star! Highly recommend and I hope we can make it back one day. Her Lemon Cheesecake is to die for! Favorite desert of the whole trip.

18/10/2025: Excellent choice, extraordinary food, and even better service. I mentioned the service because I noticed in my 30 days in Italy that service is generally poor. And when we did get good service, well, I wanted to highlight it. The girl who served us last night was very professional and, above all, attentive. Both my food (fish) and that of the rest of my companions were top-quality, very fresh, and accompanied by a very welcoming atmosphere.

16/11/2025: Excellent dinner, super service, very good dishes, perhaps I would have liked the appetizers to be a little more generous. Overall, a great place. We had a very good house red wine, Merlot, which is excellent in the area. Highly recommended.
