Prosciutto is home.
I've known this place and its owners, Daniele and Olvia, for 19 years. A genuine welcome, a family atmosphere, and excellent, authentic, and carefully prepared food.
From Naples to Rovigo, I feel at home here every time.
A restaurant made of authentic people and a lot of passion. Highly recommended.

A charming place, the exterior doesn't quite match the interior, but this contrast is a strong point in my opinion because it creates a surprising effect.
The atmosphere is beautiful, with pleasant background music and modern decor with a nod to traditional taverns.
The menu is compact but well-stocked, and the dishes are well-prepared with quality ingredients. The house wine is enjoyable, but bottled wines are also available.
The strong point is the staff: friendly, cheerful, and worthy of thanks for their excellent service. An excellent discovery.

Hospitality and courtesy are truly a hallmark of the place. What we ate was good, with balanced flavors. And the price, given the quality, I'd say isn't high. Truly excellent.
