Excellent restaurant, I had the prosciutto and burrata appetizer, tortelloni with pine nuts and saffron, strigoli with pesto... highly recommended... better to book

Prosciutto is home. I've known this place and its owners, Daniele and Olvia, for 19 years. A genuine welcome, a family atmosphere, and excellent, authentic, and carefully prepared food. From Naples to Rovigo, I feel at home here every time. A restaurant made of authentic people and a lot of passion. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is beautiful, with pleasant background music and modern decor with a nod to traditional taverns. The menu is compact but well-stocked, and the dishes are well-prepared with quality ingredients. The house wine is enjoyable, but bottled wines are also available. The strong point is the staff: friendly, cheerful, and worthy of thanks for their excellent service. An excellent discovery.

Hospitality and courtesy are truly a hallmark of the place. What we ate was good, with balanced flavors. And the price, given the quality, I'd say isn't high. Truly excellent.

12/03/2026: There were three of us, and the various dishes were all delicious.
27/02/2026: In Rovigo for work, we were recommended the Taverna Dante 1963, a historic restaurant in the city center. Its menu features seafood and meat dishes, reflecting the Polesine tradition. It's well-presented, very tasty, and served impeccably. The quality/price ratio is also excellent.

08/04/2026: After 3 years of trying, I finally managed to book, and it was a great day. It took me an hour and a half to get there, but it was worth it. It's a unique place, with such character and such a peaceful setting. The restaurant is nestled in the waters of the Po River mouth. And the food? It's hard to find something this good and so carefully prepared. The wait for the dishes, even if it may seem long, is justified by the fact that they are carefully prepared using only the freshest ingredients. Kudos to all the staff.
05/04/2026: I have no doubts, I will return to Canarin every time I visit the Delta. The restaurant is very welcoming, the staff is kind and helpful, and the menu is excellent. I've never had such delicious scallops and prawns! The beauty of the place, the quality and freshness of the locally sourced dishes are unparalleled. Gino and his son are two special people, and it was a pleasure to chat with them after dinner. Recommended!
