Antipasto di formaggi, un primo - ravioli al plin- un secondo (tartare con tratufo bianco) ottimo, e uno stracotto di vitello con contorno divino! Ottimo dolcetto d’alba abbinato e una creme brulè a concludere il tutto! Da applausi.

07/12/2024: Se non avete provato questa pizzeria allora dovete obbligatoriamente andare. Alle classiche pizze ci sono diverse speciali che sono davvero pensate per farvele prendere tutte😅😂. Davvero gustose e composte anche nei minimi dettagli. Addirittura ogni mese aggiungono una pizza nuova coinvolgendo noi pubblico tramite social (IG). Ci sono diversi posti a sedere e si mangia davvero in tutta tranquillità con il personale molto disponibile e cortese. Provato anche il servizio a domicilio nel weekend e hanno rispettato l’orario previsto. (non è da tutti). Penso che vi abbia convinto. Ne vale la pena. Grazie Toni💪

09/03/2025: La solita eccellente esperienza, con proposte sempre coerenti con le idee ed i percorsi che immaginano i titolari. Prodotti di alta qualità, piatti pensati e realizzati con equilibrio, grande attenzione per le intolleranze. Ottima l’idea di affiancare all’ampia carta dei vini, una più ristretta di sintesi. Con un occhio affettuoso ai produttori locali. Sempre accurato il servizio. Prezzi assolutamente competitivi in relazione alla qualità della cena. È il ristorante di livello più alto a Terni, senza dubbio. Unica pecca: il locale è piccolo e si sta un tantino stretti e talvolta ci si imbatte, come ovunque del resto, in qualche commensale poco educato.. La Clessidra garanzia assoluta.

04/01/2025: Very friendly and efficient staff, but the value for money is terrible and the food is of poor quality. With the exception of a selection of ham starters and a vegetable flan as a side dish, the meat was very dry and barely eatable. The two of us spent almost 70 euros without eating much (a starter divided into two, two terrible second courses, two side dishes and a dessert divided into two). I don't recommend it

11/02/2025: Not a very big place, better to book, but the. The food is excellent, as is the service, quality and price are excellent. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat in a real trattoria with home-made dishes done very well. Some dishes may be ravioli with ragù, or with red mullet sauce, snails, tripe, octopus with chard, etc.

10/02/2025: Relying on the reviews I read, I decided to go and try this place together with my partner. No one answered the phone for an entire day for a possible reservation. When we got there, seeing some free seats, we thought they would make us sit down, but instead we found grumpy and uncaring staff who, despite free seats, told us that everything was full without even a friendly good evening. Experience over before starting, it's a place you won't go again!

02/03/2025: Un piccolo ristorantino nel centro del paese con salette su due piani più la terrazza che apre nelle belle giornate. Cibo veramente ottimo e genuino. Complimenti allo scef, giovanissimo, che con i suoi piatti sicuramente ne farà di strada. Il pane ottimo prodotto dallo scef. Che dire, bravi tutti. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

26/02/2025: Assolutamente strepitoso!!!! Posto intimo e accogliente dove intrattenersi sia con la famiglia che con colleghi per una cena di lavoro Cucina assolutamente deliziosa sia con piatti a base di pesce ma anche a base di carne. A mio avvio il risotto al dentice e lime merita un premio. Da provare senza dubbi
