Great place for dinner. Lovely music and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The waitress spoke English and recommended some amazing desserts. Highly recommended!

Dinner for two; great atmosphere. We started with the crunchy and divine meatballs. The meatballs were especially delicious, just slightly spicy (probably a bit of nduja). For our first course, we had linguine and scampi. We could taste the flavor and texture of the handmade pasta; delicious. For our second courses, we opted for the brodeto and the chili alla veneta. Two very different dishes, but both very interesting. The chili was very good and lighter than a Mesoamerican chili. The fish brodeto was very, very light. The portions aren't particularly generous, but here, it's the fresh, quality ingredients that make the difference. Kudos to chef Michi and Miriam for their hospitality.

I had the most wonderful evening at Michi Ristorante, and one of the best meals I’d had in Italy during my two weeks traveling around Friuli and Veneto. From the moment I walked in the owners and staff were kind and welcoming, even though my Italian is horrible. The chef even checked in on me during my meal. I had the croccante, polpettine divine, linguine con gli scampi, and cheesecake. Everything was exquisite. The croccante was crunchy fresh perfection, the meatballs truly were divine with each bite better than the one before, hinting different spices and flavors, the meat and sauce made carefully and thoughtfully. The linguine also handmade with care was probably the best I’ve ever had prepared with just the right touch of butter, garlic, capers, olive, and tomato. The fresh and expertly grilled shrimp complemented the pasta perfectly. I was truly satisfied and wasn’t going to have dessert but heard ‘cheesecake’ and signed up. I was not disappointed. It was a departure from the expected, yet so masterfully executed it felt like an artist’s reinterpretation every bit as compelling as, if not better than, the classic form it was riffing on. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was kind and genuine, but classy and elegant, down to Earth and unpretentious, but at the same time sophisticated and culturally polished. MICHI Ristorante is a true gem in Treviso and should not be missed if you’re looking for loving cuisine served with genuine class in an elegant but unjudging atmosphere.

A very cozy restaurant with a lovely terrace right on the canal. We stumbled upon it by chance and, based on the good reviews, reserved a table for the evening. The food, wine selection, and service were all outstanding. Highly recommended for those who appreciate a family-run atmosphere yet still enjoy a certain level of sophistication.
