02/06/2025: It went beyond our expectations, a good appetizer of typical Neapolitan fried food, and the crunch pizza proposal was fabulous, not to mention the classic Neapolitan ones. In addition, our compliments go in particular to the service that despite the very young age of the waiters (whose names I unfortunately do not remember) was impeccably and professional. Definitely recommended.

27/05/2025: Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Stella de la Versilia. Highlights included a quiet location surrounded by umbrella pines, two parking lots, a large, pleasant grounds to explore, clean and well-equipped rooms, easy access to the Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, and Siena, a high-quality breakfast buffet, very friendly staff at the restaurant and at breakfast, helpful and friendly housekeepers, a smart TV that didn't spoil anything, and the respect for my disability-related accommodations (walk-in shower). The Olivo restaurant is also very pleasant, despite the limited vegetarian options, which are not unique to it but rather typical of the region between land and sea. The quantities and quality are there, and the service is impeccable. The only difficulties: the lack of air conditioning, which was mentioned as being activated on the hotel's pages but wasn't. It was supposed to be turned on on May 1st, we were told, but never was, despite the 26°C in the rooms, which was hard to bear for Northern Europeans. And then, yes, a pool open all year round is nice, but if it's heated, that's even better... We were disappointed by the lack of opportunity to relax in it between our many visits. Too bad. However, regarding the paid water in the room mentioned in another comment, the person concerned is probably referring to the water in the "mini bar" fridge, which is charged as in all hotels (except for the welcome tray, which here provides tea and coffee), and not running water, which is absolutely not included in the charge. In short, we've made do with a few inconveniences and always keep a fan in our trunk when we travel to avoid disappointments. It would be fair to mention that 1) the pool is not heated, 2) the air conditioning is only active at certain times of the year and not based on the actual temperature or constantly, as was supposed to be the case. Regarding the location, I removed one star because, although I really appreciated the peace and quiet, Massa and Ronchi are a little empty at this time of year, while Camaiore and Viareggio are more welcoming despite the low season. However, this hotel remains well located in relation to the sea and the baths, as well as to the main roads and shops. I therefore recommend this hotel but suggest that it provide some clarification on its pages.

20/05/2025: The place is incredible because it belongs to Gigi Buffon's family, and the entire lobby and restaurant are decorated with top soccer players' attire. I really liked the quality of the restaurant's dinner, the staff's service, and the breakfast buffet. Regarding the room, I only want to note that the air conditioning is not controllable and it was a bit warm. Otherwise, it's very good. Excellent 4 stars.

20/05/2025: I went with my boyfriend for lunch, we had never been there but we had heard a lot of good things about it. And I confirm! Really excellent service, friendly people but attentive to customers and professional, they put us at ease and above all they were attentive to my lactose intolerance which is almost always overlooked putting me in difficulty! Superlative quality of the dishes, I highly recommend it to those who want to eat well and feel good! The pumpkin and potato cream soup was delicious. Like the sea bream appetizer, but the spaghetti al boreto were superlative!

19/05/2025: Ottimi primi,semplici e molto saporiti. Frittura di pesce tra le migliori mai mangiate asciutta e con diversi tipi di pan natura. Dolci spettacolari. Servizio cortese e brillante . Prezzo adeguato alla qualità di ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Torneremo sicuramente.

17/06/2025: Bello tutto: location, atmosfera, gentilezza e professionalità del personale; mi aspettavo qualcosa di più dai piatti, peraltro coreografici, il fritto non mi è piaciuto.

16/06/2025: Il ristorante cambia ma la qualità c’è sempre. Tutto buonissimo. Dalla insalata di polipo alla pezzogna sia alla brace sia al forno. Servizio gestito in modo magistrale da Vincenzo.

20/05/2025: An original and successful experience. The vegan cheeses are excellent, surprising in taste and consistency. The Kimchi is fragrant, well fermented and really balanced: a gem. The selection of wines is very interesting, with good knowledge of refermented and ancestral wines, proposed with passion and simplicity. The service is courteous, the atmosphere is relaxed and the decor is Northern European, giving the place personality. Must try!

02/06/2025: Nos encantó el vino y el ambiente aquí. Alessandro nos cuidó como la familia y proporcionó grandes consejos sobre el vino e hizo que nuestro corto tiempo allí perfecto. Es un gran lugar para tomar una copa y escapar de las multitudes.

29/05/2025: Durante la visita al paese ho fatto un aperitivo in questa piccola e caratteristica enoteca, situata nel cuore di Bellagio in cima alla scalinata principale nella via dei negozi. Mi sono trovato molto bene, il personale è davvero molto gentile ed accogliente e la carta dei vini è molto vasta a prezzi ragionevoli. Con un calice viene offerto anche un piccolo ed apprezzato aperitivo culinario. La location è curata e molto accogliente, all’esterno sono presenti anche due Botti ad uso tavolino che sono affacciate direttamente sul viale, che trovo sia molto carina come idea. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò!

Caponata di polpo buonissima, cozze nella salsa di pomodoro e mandorle celestiali, cous cous di pesce saporito e al contempo delicato. Lasciate stare i ristorantoni ignoranti sulla via principale, i soliti due, e infilatevi in questa via laterale

03/06/2025: Very nice aesthetic looked very good from the outside. We arrived and struggled to convey what we wanted despite the server confirming everything, we waited almost an hour keeping in mind the people next to us arrived 10 mins after and waited less time. When the food arrived we were missing something and waited very long for it. Food was mediocre. The staff appeared to be very rude to us. We are British take from it what you will this was the worst restaurant we attended whilst in Italy.

19/06/2025: We came back several times because the pizzas were so good. The owner was super friendly and helpful. If you want to try delicious, quality pizzas in Italy, this is the place. I highly recommend it.
