22/06/2025: Top restaurant to eat excellent meat in Parma and of great quality. Friendly and attentive service, clean place with open kitchen. The dishes are cooked with great personality and the raw material is always of high level. Highly recommended

07/06/2025: My wife and I had a 4 course tasting menu. I thought it was very good and with a wide range of flavors and cooking styles. My favorite was the smoked picanha. On the other hand I had a few gripes with the main course: I wish the fillet was slightly less cooked (in fact they didn’t ask how I wanted it cooked…); the potatoes were charred; the “spicy” mayo was not spicy at all; and the flavorless and purely decorative truffle was a distraction. Service was also very pleasant, whereas the place itself looks too corporate and soulless. All in all I recommend it, and we will certainly come back.

27/06/2025: Fresh, oh what a lovely breeze... just arrived. You have to book, yes, the road to get there is tortuous but it's worth it! Excellent first courses, such as pansoti, tagliatelle with mushroom sauce. After a while finally found and ate well-cooked baked potatoes, usually difficult to eat they seem boiled and unseasoned elsewhere. To be repeated

23/06/2025: Typical trattoria in Carpenissone hinterland of Carasco, Ligurian cuisine dishes ravioli with ragù, tagliatelle with mushrooms cima alla genovese all of excellent quality in an informal but welcoming and clean environment prices in line with standards highly recommended

07/06/2025: Nice local trattoria with good food looking out over the hills. Service is young and not so communicating have to ask twice for dessert menu and three times for the bill. But nevertheless a nice place witj large portions, share the pasta's for sure.

05/06/2025: We were in Salsomaggiore for 8 days and unfortunately we only came across this gem of a restaurant on the last day. Food was great. Food was on time and no one had to wait. Owner also helpful and politely spoken to. Keep up the good work.

25/05/2025: Beautiful evening in a warm and welcoming environment. Good food at reasonable prices. You can enjoy a beautiful evening view accompanied by a very nice piano entertainment by the owner. I will definitely return.

18/04/2025: An excellent evening at this splendid venue. From the windows you can admire the coast in all its extension. The place is lovingly managed by Marilena and Luca who make you feel at home even at the first meeting. Basket composed of focaccias, breadsticks and piadinas made by them (the piadina pastry with the potato inside is sublime). Mixed platters of cold cuts and cheeses, exceptional local meat platter, lemon linguine, truffle passatelli, "sinful" wine 15.5 cents ^ fabulous, desserts to finish. Halfway through the evening Luca sits down at the piano and the atmosphere takes off, diners singing the piano tunes... exciting. A five star evening! Congratulations indeed

30/06/2025: I have known this place for several years and have always eaten very good pizzas, with friendly staff and a very welcoming environment. Recently, however, I must say that the pizzas are no longer what they used to be, probably they changed pizza chef, they are dry and not very topped, nothing like the ones they used to make. Other people I spoke to found the same thing, so it is not due to an isolated case. Too bad! I hope they notice and call back the pizza chef who was there.

22/06/2025: Fantastic food and service. Cozy atmosphere and great location. A bit hidden away but would recommend anyone visiting Taormina to eat here! Order something from the "catch of the day" menu and you won't be disappointed!

15/06/2025: Modern and welcoming location, rich menu and first choice raw materials, the quality is truly top notch. The meat was truly excellent, both in quality and cooking, I highly recommend it. Only one flaw, but in my opinion recoverable: the service, not at the level of the location, too many times we had to call the waiters for water, cutlery and napkins, with some forgetting the orders. To be seen again, but it is something that can be easily recovered, because the place deserves a lot! Recommended for a dinner with friends, corporate or even romantic!

12/06/2025: We ate here a few years ago and have been dying to come back. Today we finally returned to the Bistro Paris Bohème. The host was once again welcoming, almost like eating with friends. The food itself was absolutely delicious. A modern interpretation of Italian cuisine without forgetting its roots. We'll definitely be back.

27/06/2025: Tasty dishes (mostly seafood), fresh ingredients (fish was from the catch of the day), nice atmosphere and personnel. We had dinner here both days while in Gallipoli. Definitely not a tourist trap.

26/06/2025: A completely overrated place, in my opinion! We ordered the tasting menu, and it left us somewhat indifferent. The service was a bit unfriendly, and they brought our dishes practically at the same time, which meant we didn't enjoy the meal because we had to eat as quickly as possible so the dishes wouldn't get cold. Quite disappointing because we had high expectations. Still, the place is beautiful and the wine was delicious, which is why I'm giving it three stars.
