21/05/2025: In gita nel Piceno abbiamo soggiornato nello splendido borgo di Offida. Per non sbagliare ci siamo affidati alle recensioni di Trip Advisor. E non siamo rimasti delusi. Il primo pranzo l'abbiamo consumato sotto i portici di Piazza del Popolo, per le cene abbiamo scelto l'interno. L'atmosfera è piacevolissima, soprattutto per la simpatia e il grande impegno del titolare: grazie Massimiliano! Non ti dimenticheremo. Servizio veloce ed accurato, menù regionale con aggiunta di piatti particolari (cito volentieri i paccheri al baccalà e noci). Si nota il gran lavoro dello chef Federico. Vini di loro produzione (consigliatissimi il Pecorino e il Rosso Piceno). Costo nella media. Consigliamo a chi si trova a passare in zona di fermarsi per una pausa davvero ristoratrice. E simpatica, che non guasta mai.

02/06/2025: Two day stay, everything perfect from the super clean room to the welcome from the staff. They offered us bitters and the evening after the prosecco. Very courteous staff. 22/05/2025: Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza ed ospitalità nel vostro Ristorante che ci ha immersi sin da subito in un ambiente chic e raffinato dall'atmosfera calda, intima e romantica, accompagnati da un rilassante e piacevole sottofondo musicale molto apprezzato. Il servizio è attento ma discreto e lo Sraff in cucina giovane e creativo. I piatti sono ricercati e serviti con cura e passione nei tempi giusti per poterli apprezzare. Ci ha colpito la presentazione molto bella e colorata dove si nota la ricerca del dettaglio che rapisce gli occhi ancor prima del palato dove l'armonia dei sapori regala sensazioni entusiasmanti. Ci avete letteralmente conquistati!

It's absolutely worth getting in the car and going. All 5 stars. Location (terrace with a view...) welcome, service, food.

18/05/2025: Went to this place based on reviews and looking for pizza. Staff were super friendly. Pizza was the best after 10 days in Italy. Wine was reasonably priced and very good. Looks like the locals flock to this place.

06/05/2025: For those who pass by here, it is worth coming to taste the delicious dishes. The food is nothing short of excellent, you can feel the quality of the raw materials. We took several things, appetizer, pizza, steak and side dish and it was all delicious. Impeccable service, courtesy and kindness reign supreme. The place was very well kept and super clean. It's nice to find places like that, where the staff are happy with what they do. And the thing that shocked me most was the bill... for everything we ate, we spent a negligible amount. I will definitely come back, thank you!

11/06/2025: When your Italian friends tell you that this is the best Italian pizza you'll ever eat, you better believe them. Husband and wife run this small 7 or so table pizzeria. They had other delicious looking dishes too, that I can't pronounce. Everyone enjoyed their meal, and there wasn't a crumb left on anyone's plate! Reservations are advised!

25/05/2025: Everything was simply amazing. I had one of the best pizzas here (at least in our entire group), and the staff was so friendly. So perfect that we're all going back again right away.

22/05/2025: Pasta, potatoes and provola dish is exceptional, worth it. Pasta with clams on the other hand, definitely not to be avoided. Very kind and friendly staff.

02/06/2025: My husband and two friends stayed at Crabun one night for the Biella 2025 Alpini gathering. Excellent from every point of view! Clean and comfortable hotel, located in the center of Pont-Saint-Martin, practically on the border between Valle d'Aosta and Piedmont. Large rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory (there are eggs, which he loves!!) It also has free parking. Highly recommended!!

It rarely happens to me to leave a restaurant with the feeling that everything has been done with coherence, competence and respect for the territory. Ambasciata Orsarese is one of those places where traditional cuisine is not only told, but actually experienced. The raw materials are local, fresh and of evident quality. The special effect is not sought, but balance: each dish has a meaning, a story and solid preparation behind it. You can perceive a real short supply chain, without compromises. The service was perfect: trained, courteous and present staff at the right point, without forcing. From someone who works in the sector, it is nice to see a room managed with this level of professionalism. A place to keep in mind for those who love authentic cuisine, done well and without pretence. I will definitely return, and I will recommend it with conviction.
