The hotel is really nice, very well looked after, the room is welcoming and the balcony overlooking the mountain is very nice. The only thing I wouldn't put is a plastic table and chairs. We had dinner at the restaurant in the evening. Highly recommended in general, a place I would happily return to.

Very kind staff. Cleaning ok. Abundant breakfast also with a couple of typical products. Proximity to the center and the cross-country track. Optimal!!! The only small flaw is the open wardrobe.

I really enjoyed my time in and around the hotel! 🥰 The rooms were very comfortable and you could regenerate perfectly in them. The staff is very courteous and friendly. It was particularly practical that the hotel is centrally located and I was quickly on the cross-country ski trail. I always particularly looked forward to the mozzarella at lunch and dinner. 😋

Hotel with attention to the smallest details, exceptional cleanliness, cuisine: very little choice, but good, (small dishes), good breakfast, nice staff, medium-high quality-price SPA-very nice… We didn't feel pampered as we usually do in the mountains, a cold and distant presence, we almost felt like we were too much!

We stayed one night at the Alpen Chalet and it was a wonderful experience. In addition to the courtesy and availability of the staff and Michela, the cleanliness of the rooms but also the excellent food in the restaurant (everything good, from the starter to the dessert!) certainly the relaxation-aperitif in the sauna and in the external hydromassage made everything unforgettable!

The Swiss-Ski Cross-Country Team is looking forward to staying at the Alpen Chalet for another highlight of the season. For many young athletes it was one of the first chances to compete on an intercontinental level and with this location it will be remembered fondly. The proximity to the race track, the resulting opportunity for flexible meals and regeneration in the perfect rooms are central success factors, all of which can be achieved with the Alpen Chalet. The “squadra svizzera” squad also includes the bronze relay team for the Youth Olympic Games 2024. The conditions for further top performances from Swiss cross-country skiing athletes are in place thanks to the Alpen Chalet. Forza Svizzera!

I was lucky enough to spend a weekend at the beautiful Mountain Retreat Hotel and I was absolutely thrilled. From the breathtaking views to the excellent service, my stay was simply perfect. The hotel is nestled in the majestic mountain landscape, making for an incredible backdrop. Upon my arrival I was warmly welcomed by extremely accommodating staff who immediately made me feel welcome. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and offer all the comfort you could wish for. I was particularly impressed by the balcony, from which I could enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding peaks. The gastronomic offering also left nothing to be desired. The kitchen treated me to delicious local specialties and international dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients. The breakfast buffet was also rich and varied. In addition to the relaxed atmosphere at the hotel, the surrounding area offers numerous activities for nature lovers and adventurers. Whether hiking, skiing or just enjoying the fresh mountain air - everyone gets their money's worth here. All in all, I can fully recommend the Mountain Retreat Hotel. It's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the mountains and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Posto rustico perfetto per pranzi e cene tipici della zona. Non ho amato che il menù pranzo finita l’estate sia ridottissimo e si possa mangiare solo 3 antipasti o risotti, ma comunque era tutto buonissimo dall’antipasto al dolce
