Auf der Schiefertafel steht: „Insalata di Puntarelle“. Auf der Karte diverse frische Fische aus dem Mittelmeer. Das Lokal hell, geräumig, einfach eingerichtet. Frisches Tischtuch, frische Stoffservietten. Und sofort steht geschnittenes, knusprig warmes Pizzabrot mit Kräutern auf dem Tisch. Wir sind im kalabresischen Restaurant „Sabbia d’Oro“ der Familie „Ferraro“ aus Kalabrien. Dort im Mezzoogiorno ist menschliche Wärme und Herzlichkeit eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Was in der Wirtschaftsmetropole Milano eher selten ist. Wir bestellen natürlich den Puntarelle-Salat mit Sardellen. Amgerichtet von der Wirtin an einer Sauce mit Olivenöl, Weinessig und etwas Senf. Der beste, den ich je gegessen habe. Dann die frischen Doraden mit frischen Artischokken - denn es ist gerade Hochsaison des stacheligen Gemüses. Dazu ein Glas fruchtiger Weisswein von den Abhängen des Aetna. Und zum Schluss ein selbstgemachter, trüber Limoncello. Alles sehr lecker! Arrivederci, cara famiglia Ferraro - alla prossima!
